Apparently, some of the content that was featured in my expose of the “Speedy Gonzales” deal allegedly fell foul of Twitter’s privacy policies. Yours truly wonders how Twitter’s attention had been drawn to this alleged infraction in the first place? ‘Someone’ could not stand the heat generated by yours truly postings in Twitts and blog? Someones must be on heat because of the many postings in connection with the scandalous “Speedy Gonzales” RM99.693 millions contract involving Tourism Malaysia and Geeko Tech Sdn Bhd, Elizabeth Ken tau Ying and Siew Ka Wei (former TM chairman and Ancom Bhd executive chairman), in HERE, HERE, HERE.
As you can see from the post in question, HERE, yours truly had not impersonate someone else, used any private or confidential material to make the case against them or anyone – any pictures and screenshots of profiles are in public domain and accessible to anyone with a Facebook or Linkedin account. So regardless of whether it’s Twitter’s privacy policies or Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection (PDPA) regulations, yours truly is confident that yours truly did not overstep the boundaries of the laws.
Both of the culprits have the right to take legal actions against yours truly and what yours truly postings were false. Yours truly is a real person and did not tweet or blog under a pseudo name!
The truth hurts to the bones. The culprits want to gag yours truly so that they have a field day with public fund of RM99.693 mil. No way we will let the culprits to be benefactors in this case. Yours truly shall fight the culprits all the way!
Yours truly strongly believe that the culprits behind the scandalous “Speedy Gonzales” RM99.693 millions involving public fund shall face the music one day!
Yours truly has appealed to Twitter to unlock yours truly Twitter account on these grounds and yours truly hopes to be back on Twitter soon. Yours truly shall fight all the way against those faceless cyber mercenaries or conman. Yours truly believes that the truth will prevail and yours truly Twitter account will be reinstated soon.
