Yg Bhd Datuk Mohd Noor Amin Bin Mohd Noor Khan, popularly known as Datuk Amin, has proudly announced his chairmanship in Ascendsys Sdn Bhd and Nuemera Sdn Bhd in the website of IMPACT, HERE.
On 12 October 2009 Yg Bhg Dato’ Mohamed Sharil Bin Mohamed Tarmizi (Dato’ Sharil), the then very learned and powerful Acting Chairman of MCMC had singlehandedly appointed Nuemera Sdn Bhd, and the letter of appointment was addressed to one Datuk Mohd Amin.
The very learned Yg Bhg Dato’ Mohamed Sharil vin Mohamed Tarmizi (Dato’ Sharil) was appointed the Acting Chairman of MCMC from 1-5-2009 until 15-10-2011. On 16-10-2011 he was appointed Chairman of MCMC. As at this date, he has been the Chairman of MCMC for a total of 5 years and 4 months.
Nuemara Sdn Bhd is another dormant company. So is Orenda Kuantum Digital Sdn Bhd. As the saying goes “A picture paints a thousand words”. And the learned chairman of MCMC, Yg Bhg Dato’ Mohamed Sharil bin Mohamed Tarmizi‘s elegant silence continues to be deafening. Please see Part 4 and Part 5.
On 9 September 2014, yours truly had a meeting with Yg Bhg Datuk Ali Hanafiah, the learned Deputy Chairman of MCMC, Puan Nur Sulyana Lim Abdullah, the learned Head of the International Affairs, Legal and Secretariat Division of MCMC, and Tuan Wan Faizul, the learned officer in charge of special project from Pemandu pertaining the issues of appointment of Orenda Kuantum Digital Sdn Bhd (Orenda Kuantum Digital) by direct negotiation. The said meeting was held in the Ministry of Information.
Updates @ 9:15 pm on 10-9-2014: MCMC has sent out invitation cards to “interested parties” and press to attend and listen to its most able MCMC Chairman of all times, Yg Bhg Dato’ Mohamed Sharil Bin Mohamed Tarmizi, who will be the star of the “Show”. Dato’ Sharil will present his “Industry Performance Report 2013” (IPR). The press and those who attend tomorrow “Show” should pose those questions stated below and HERE pertaining to the appointment of Neumera Sdn Bhd and Orenda Kuantum Digital Sdn Bhd to Dato’ Sharil.
