However, there are many Malaysians who will also suffer from the “fly by night” tour agents/operators, who will cease operation few months after they have collected full payment for the tours and flight tickets. After 18 days of protest by Egyptians, President Hosni Mubarak, the ally of the West and the longest serving Arab ruler, finally saw the light and resigns. He left for Sharm el-Sheikh. Egypt received US$2 billion aid a year from America. The Egyptian celebrating the change of power. The only country that is still hoping that there will be no change in Egypt after Mubarak is Israel. There is an outburst of joy and wild celebration in Tharir Square. The President’s power to be taken over by Army Council. It is a historic moment. President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt addressed the nation this morning. The excerpts of his speech: “I will not accept to be the subject of foreign pressure. Peaceful transfer power to the vice president will start now. I will not run for Presidency in September. I will not relent to penalise those responsible for the violence. The blood of those killed in the violence will not be wasted. Constitutional changes will open door to overturning emergency law.”
He has delegated his power to his deputy. Hence forth, I believe that Egypt will be on fire!
