Yg Bhg Datuk Nuraina Tan Sri A Samad, the Managing Editor of The New Strait Times, has been conferred with Panglima Mahkota Wilayah, which carries the title Datuk, by Seri Paduka Baginda Yang Di-Pertuan Agong on Wilayah Day, 1st February, 2011.  She joined The New Strait Times in 1978 and has a blog, HERE.
