En Azhari Mohd Dahlan is still holding on as the CEO of MAS Aerospace Engineering despite the MAS-AirAsia share swap has been reversed in May 2012. MALAYSIA AIRLINES GROUP ORGANISATION STRUCTURE EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2012
Following my circular on the Group Organisation Structure dated 16 August 2012, I am pleased to announce organisation structures for the respective divisions effective Monday, 1 October 2012. This supersedes the structures issued earlier.
With this, I am confident we are now aligned and better coordinated as a team to deliver on our goals to turnaround our Company.
At the same time, I wish inform everyone that Abdul Aziz Abu Bakar, Executive Vice President, Aircraft Finance & Management and Al-Ishsal Ishak, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Products have decided to leave to pursue new challenges outside the Malaysia Airlines group. Their last day will be 30 September 2012.
Please join me in taking this opportunity to thank both Aziz and Al-Ishsal for their contributions and commitment to Malaysia Airlines and I wish them all the best in their future endeavours.
