Thank you Warga Wangsa Maju and other Malaysians, all of you have made the Raya open house a memorable event for all.
It was a real 1Malaysia event represented by all races, who came to celebrate Hari Raya and party with our Muslim brothers and sisters. Despite the foods (12,000 sticks of satay, 10 roasted lambs, mee hoon soup, laksa and kuih-kuih) and drinks were finished by about 9 pm, everybody enjoyed themselves with the songs from Datuk Khadijah Ibrahim and abang Ramli Sarip aka Papa Rock. On behalf of the Warga Wangsa Maju, your truly would like to say “Thank you” to YB Datuk Nazri Aziz, the Minister in the Prime Minister Department, Yg Bhg Tan Sri Ahmad Fuad Ismail, Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, for taking the trouble to grace the memorable occasion and abang Ramli Sarip aka Papa Rock and Datuk Khadijah Ibrahim for their lovely songs and musics. Your truly would like to also say “Thank you” to the the Police, Rela, DBKL for all the helps to make this memorable event possible with no problems. We would like to express our appreciation to the Management of Platinum Walk for allowing the Warga Wangsa Maju to exclusively use the open space of Platinum Walk for this memorable occasion. Last but not least, your truly would like to say a big “THANK YOU” to all the supporters and helpers for working almost round the clock for several days in the preparations of the open house without whom this open house would not have been possible. Once again your truly would like to say a “BIG BIG THANK YOU” to the thousand of Warga Wangsa Maju and others who have made the open house a success and more importantly, an enjoyable occasion.
