1. YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Kementerian Sains, Teknologu dan Innovasi menyatakan tindakan-tindakan yang telah dan akan diambil terhadap Venturepharm Asia Sdn Bhd atau lembaga pengarahnya yang mengelirukan kementerian untuk berurus dengan XLW Inc daripada Amerika Syarikat yang tidak wujud, dan telah membayar RM2,264,800 daripada jumlah peruntukan RM5.36 juta gran Tecnofund untuk penyelidikan biofeed.
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation to state what actions have been taken or will be taken against Venturepharm Asia Sdn Bhd or its directors for misleading the Ministry into believing that it was tied up with a company known as XLW Inc from USA, which was non-existent, to grant the Technofund for research into bio-feed totaling RM5.36 million and out of which RM RM2,264,800-00 had been paid to-date?

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Pelancongan menyatakan sebab pembatalan tender pertama pembinaan pavilion Malaysia di Expo Dunia 2010 di Shanghai, di mana Venturepharm Asia Sdn Bhd (Venturepharm), yang diperbadankan pada Ogos 2005, tidak berserta dan mengapakah dalam tender kedua, Venturepharm yang tidak berpengalaman berkenaan diberikan kontrak bernilai RM20 juta dengan kemungkinan pertambahan (variation order) RM10 juta walaupun terdapat peserta lain yang lebih berpengalaman?
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Minister of Tourism to state why, and on what basis, was the first tender for the project to build the Malaysian Pavilion in Shanghai World Expo 2010, which Venturepharm Asia Sdn Bhd (Venturepharm), incorporated in August 2005, did not take part, was cancelled? And when the project was subsequently re-tendered why, and on what basis, was Venturepharm, which had no previous experience in the building industry, was selected against other experienced companies to build the same pavilion costing RM20 million with a possible variation order of RM10 million?
3. YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Pengangkutan menjelaskan mengapakah Air Asia diberi hak keistimewaan berhutang cukai lapangan terbang (airport tax) RM65 juta (setakat 28-02-2009) yang telah dibayar oleh pelanggan dan apakah tindakan MAHB yang telah diambil terhadap AirAsia untuk mendapatkan bayaran hutang tersebut dan apakah jumlah hutang terkini?
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Minister of Transport to state why AirAsia had been given a special privilege to owe airport tax amounting to RM65 million (as at 28-02-2009), which had already been paid by passengers, when other airlines were not accorded a similar privilege; and what actions have MAHB taken or will be taking against AirAsia for the airport tax debt and what is the total current airport tax owed by AirAsia to-date?

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan menjelaskan mengapakan tanah GM 3945 / 5537, di Bukit Kiara yang diserahkan kepada DBKL lalu diberi percuma kepada Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan untuk pembinaan masjid dan telah diperuntukan untuk Masjid Desa Sri Hartamas oleh DBKL bawah KL Draft Plan 2020, telah diluluskan oleh DBKL untuk dibangunkan sebagai bangunan komersial Glomac Galleria oleh Glomac Bhd?
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Minister of Wilayah Persekutuan to state on what basis was the land known as GM 3945 / 5537 in Bukit Kiara, which was surrendered to DBKL and given free to Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan by DBKL for the sole purpose of building a mosque and the said land was subsequently reserved for Masjid Desa Sri Hartamas by DBKL under the KL Draft Plan 2020, was allowed by DBKL to be developed into a commercial building known as Glomac Galleria by Glomac Bhd?
5. YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri menyatakan perkembangan terkini kerja penyiasatan polis dan SPRM dalam cadangan-cadangan Suruhjaya Diraja akibat skandal video V.K. Lingam dan adakah dakwaan akan diambil terhadap pihak-pihak yang telah “ditangkap” dalam video tersebut?
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Minister of Home Affairs to state what is the current status of the investigations by the police or MACC into the several recommendations by the Royal Commission on the V.K. Lingam video clip scandal and will there be any prosecutions taken against those exposed in the said video clip?
6. YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan menyataka apakah kesan sampingan mengenai menara dan cakera alt telekomunikasi dan tindakan yang akan diambil oleh pihak DBKL terhadap alat tersebut yang banyak dipasang di rumah kedai bertingkat dua di seluruh kawasan Kuala Lumpur memandangkan bahawa garis panduan pihak DBKL memang melarang pemasangan alat dan menara ini di rumah kedai bertingkat dua dan ke bawah?
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Federal Territory Minister to state the side-effects of the telco towers and dishes and what are the actions to be taken by DBKL against the numerous apparatuses installed on those double-storey shop houses all over Kuala Lumpur bearing in mind the DBKL’s own guidelines, which prohibit the installation of such apparatuses on double or single-storey shop houses?
7. YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri menyatakan samada kerajaan berniat untuk melonggarkan syarat-syarat pemilikan dan perlesenan media arus perdana serta kesannya kepada kebebasan media di bawah Perdana Menteri baru memandangan perkembangan terbaru dalam industry akbar, iaitu pengambil-alihan NSTP Berhad oleh Media Prima Berhad, kedua-duanya di kuasai oleh Umno, parti terbesar dalam kerajaan Barisan Nasional.
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Minister of Home Affairs to state, in view of the latest development in the newspapers industry, namely the takeover plans of NSTP Berhad by Media Prima Berhad, both controlled by UMNO, the main component party of Barisan Nasional government how the government plans to relax ownership and licensing conditions of the mainstream media and what will be the impacts on the freedom of the Press under the new Prime Minister?

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta YAB Perdana Menteri menyatakan sebab-sebab kerajaan telah menandatangani Pengisytiharan Hak Kemanusian 1948 Persatuan Bangsa-bangsa Bersatu (“United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948” [UDHR]) dengan keraguan, maklumat terperinci raguan tersebut dan mengapakan sehingga kini kerajaan tidak menerima spenuhnya UDHR ini?
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Prime Minister to state the reasons why the government signed the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948 (UDHR) with reservations, and to provide full details of its reservations and why until this date the government had not ratified the UDHR?

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta YAB Perdana Menteri menyatakan sama ada kerajaan akan mengamalkan sepenuhnya cadangan-cadangan Laporan Hak Pendidikan oleh Jawatankuasa Khas Persatuan Bangsa-bangsa Bersatu bertarikh 26 March 2009 terutamanya dalam pengubahan Akta Universiti dan Kolej “supaya menjaminkan hak guru dan murid untuk bersuara, berhimpun dan mengambil bahagian dalam pergerakan politik; dan mengubah perundangan terhadap peraturan dalam pemilihan pemimpin pelajar supaya pemilihan akan dijalankan bawah suasana demokrasi yang tulen.” Jika tidak, apakah sebabnya.
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Prime Minister to state whether the government has fully implemented the recommendations by UN Special Rapporteur On Right Of Education Report of 26 March 2009 especially the Universities and University Colleges Act, and whether the wordings pertaining to “so as to guarantee recognition of the right of teachers and pupils to freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and their right to participate in political activity; and amend the rules on elections of student representatives, so as to ensure that they are conducted in a truly democratic spirit” had been amended?. If not, please give reasons.

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Informasi, Komunikasi dan Kebudayaan menyatakan setakat Oktober 2009, jumlah hutang Bernama TV Synergy Sdn Bhd (Bernama TV) kepada BERNAMA BHD, dan atas sebab apakah BERNAMA BHD membenarkan Bernama TV berhutang kepadanya dan apakah tindakan yang diambil untuk mendapatkan bayaran daripada Bernama TV?
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Minister of Information, Communication and Culture to state, as at October 2009, what is the total debts owed by Bernama TV Synergy Sdn Bhd (Bernama TV) to BERNAMA BHD, and on what basis BERNAMA BHD had allowed Bernama TV to owe BERNAMA BHD and what actions have been taken or will be taken by BERNAMA BHD to recover the said debts from Bernama TV?

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan kenapa Pasar Malam Danau Kota Uptown beroperasi daripada pukul 10 malam sehingga 4 pagi di kawasan perumahan sehingga mengganggu ketenteraman dan mengakibatkan masalah-masalah sosial lain seperti kesesakan lalu lintas dan jenayah meskipun penghuni situ telah menghantar petisyn kepada Datuk Bandar bahkan DBKL menambahkan jumlah gerai. Sila juga menyatakan samada pasar malam tersebut akan dipindah ke lokasi jauh daripada kawasan kediaman.
YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] asks the Minister of Wilayah Persekutuan to state why DBKL allowed the Danau Kota Uptown Pasar Malam in Wangsa Maju to operate daily from 10 pm to 4 am in residential areas whereby it has interfered with the quiet enjoyment of the residents in the area, created traffic jams and other social problems including criminal activities for the areas and despite the residents having recently sent a petition to Datuk Bandar against its operation, DBKL still increased more stalls? Please also state whether this pasar malam will be moved to a place far away from residential areas.

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan apakah tindakan yang akan diambil oleh pihak DBKL terhadap pegerai-pegerai atau kedai makanan yang meletak meja kerusi di atas jalan raya mengakibatkan masalah kesesakan lalulintas dan merbahayakan para pelanggan dan pengguna jalan raya?

YB Tuan Wee Choo Keong [WANGSA MAJU] minta YAB Perdana Menteri menyatakan berapakah pulangan dijangka akan diperolehi dan risiko akan dihadapi daripada jambatan cadangan menghubungkan Semenanjung Malaysia dengan Sumatra di mana 80% daripada jumlah kos pembinaan US$125 billion itu mungkin dipinjam pinjaman daripada bank-bank China dan apakah kesannya terhadap kadar pertukaran nilai Ringgit akibat hutang luar negara ini?
