It has been widely reported in the press that a political secretary to a senior minister was detained by MACC with RM2 million of cash in an apartment in Pulau Tikus. Rumour also has it that the said person detained by MACC is the political secretary to the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department in charge of EPU, YB Tan Sri Nor Mohamad Yakcop.
YB Tan Sri Nor Mohamad Yakcop should clarify whether his political secretary was the person detained by MACC.
