In the light of my letter of complaint against En Mohd Yusof Alwi, the Pengarah of Jabatan Bangunan, to Datuk Bandar KL, Datuk Bandar KL has instructed Yg Bhg Datuk Salleh Yusuf to chair a special meeting today (31 October 2008) on the *28th Floor DBKL*, Jalan Raja Laut, at 3 pm to discuss and resolve several issues raised in my letters of complaint against the said En Mohd Yusof Alwi with regards to the Stop Work Order dated 19 October 2008 issued against Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd and the subsequent lifting of the said Stop Work Order on 23 October 2008, where the complainants were specifically not informed of that secret meeting on 22 October 2008 between the said En Mohd Yusof Bin Alwi, the developer, its architect, contractor and the so-called resident association representative. YB Datuk Saravan, the Deputy Minister for Wilayah Persekutuan will also be attending this meeting on behalf of the Minister of Wilayah Persekutuan.

Ekoran surat aduan saya terhadap En Mohd Yusof Alwi, Pengarah Jabatan Bangunan, yang dituju kepada Datuk Bandar KL, Datuk Bandar KL telah mengarahkan Yg Bhg Datuk Salleh Yusuf supaya mengadakan suatu mesyuarat khas hari ini (31 Oktober 2008) di tingkat 28 Bangunan DBKL, Jalan Raja Laut, tepat pukul 3 petang untuk membincang dan menyelesaikan beberapa perkara yang diungkitkan dalam surat aduan saya terhadap En Mohd Yusof Alwi mengenai Perintah Henti Kerja bertarikh 19 Oktober 2008 yang dikeluarkan terhadap Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd dan pembatalan perintah tersebut pada 23 Oktober 2008, di mana para pengadu tidak dimaklumkan tentang mesyuarat resmi pada 22 Oktober 2008 di antara En Mohd Yusof Bin Alwi, pemaju, arkitek, kontraktor, dan kononnya si wakil persatuan pemilik rumah. YB Datuk Saravan, Naib Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan akan menghadiri mesyuarat ini bagi pihak Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan.
