At long last, on 21-8-2013 Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Yg Bhg Datuk Ahmad Phesal Talib, has confirmed that DBKL has appointed GTC Global Sdn Bhd to look into the installation and maintenance of 1,200 closed circuit television.
