Nuemara Sdn Bhd is another dormant company. So is Orenda Kuantum Digital Sdn Bhd. As the saying goes “A picture paints a thousand words”. And the learned chairman of MCMC, Yg Bhg Dato’ Mohamed Sharil bin Mohamed Tarmizi‘s elegant silence continues to be deafening. Please see Part 4 and Part 5.
Nuemera Sdn Bhd has been awarded with Public Cellular Blocking Service (PCBS) system that enables the process of blocking and unblocking of reported lost or stolen cellular mobile access device’s International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI). Rumours have it that all the telcos have protested and refused to pay any contributions to MCMC for this “special exercise”.
MCMC should be applauded for being a philanthropist by paying many million of Ringgit to Nuemera Sdn Bhd even though there was no contribution from the telcos. Datuk Ali Bin Hanafiah has confirmed that MCMC has paid many million of Ringgit to Nuemera Sdn Bhd, HERE.
Luckily other government agencies did not follow the footsteps of MCMC. Yours truly hopes that the learned chairman of MCMC, Dato’ Sharil, will stop indulging in his elegant silence otherwise the Ministry of Information should clarify why must MCMC paying for this special “PCBS” service on behalf of the telcos.

Another dormant company and another direct award!! Looks like the mcmc chairman is very smart to suck out all the usp money! Even with all these facts, the authority and minister looks like still sleeping. What a useless bunch! No wonder everybody steals.

Mohd Noor Amin is the Dato’ Amin from IMPACT who is a very good friend of the Botak. Another dormant company project. What is the government going to do with Botak? Surely it is now the time for MACC to get to the bottom of this case. But Botak thinks he is immuned from any investigation because he is the protected specie. Let’s expose him more and see who can protect him from now on!
