All the four simple questions in “Wheeling & Dealing in MCMC? Part 1 – Orenda Kuantum Digital” have been totally ignored by the very capable Chairman of MCMC, Yg Bhg Dato’ Mohamed Sharil Bin Mohamed Tarmizi (Dato’ Sharil), who was the former Executive Director and Head of Strategist of BinaFikir Sdn Bhd.
Even the propagandist in blogsphere, who obviously does not subscribe to free speech, became deaf and dumb after the publication of “Wheeling & Dealing in MCMC? Part 1” when the name Oredna Kuantum Digital Sdn Bhd (Orenda Kuantum Digital) was revealed.
The unanswered four questions were as follows:

Was the appointment of Orenda Kuantum Digital Sdn Bhd to do the PMO contract/project by way of direct negotiation?

Since the very capable Chairman of MCMC, Dato’ Sharil, thrives in his elegant silence, yours truly is compelled to reveal the facts below. It is hoped that the propagandist/mercenary will mind his own business this time.
MCMC awarded the Programe Management Office (PMO) to Orenda Kuantum Digital by way of direct negotiation.
According to the record in the Company Registry (SSM), Orenda Kuantum Digital was incorporated on 18 October 2012 and as at 26 August 2014 it is a dormant company. Yours truly could not find what is the expertise of this dormant Orenda Kuantum Digital. May be the name with the word “Digital” means it must be an expert in digital works.
The value of the PMO contract costs a whooping RM73 million.
Since MCMC and/or it’s Chairman Datuk Sharil chose to be in the state of elegant silence, the Ministry of Information is duty bound to clarify whether it is now the new policy of MCMC to award huge contract by way of direct negotiation. Further, on what basis MCMC awarded the RM73 million PMO contract to a dormant company, Orenda Kuantum Digital.

Wow! How can this be allowed to happen? How did such a big amount be given to a dormant company after MOF has rejected it twice? MACC needs to get involved and the minister must clarify this matter. This is rakyat’s money!
To give a RM73M contrat to a dormant company is a serious matter. The govt must terminate this contract immediately and a report must be lodged with SPRM. This famous broker in MCMC must be caught this time. Why is the Minister of Information is so quiet. Is he part of it?
MCMC is a government organisation and yet it has a broker in it. PM Najib must stop such scandalous activities in MCMC. This particular broker is an open secret in the industry. This appointment of Orenda Kuantum Digital SB which is a dormant company must be thoroughly investigated by MACC. MACC what are you waiting for?
Orenda Kuantum is not the only case. There are more than one contract. Just dig and you will find it.

This is a clear case of Bina/ Makan dahulu and Fikir kemudian. PM or Min of Information must call upon MACC to investigate this ridiculous direct negotiation contract given to a dormant company. The broker in MCMC must take full responsibility for this. RM73 mil is a lot of rakyat money. The government can not sweep it under the carpet no more. Investigate now and more shit will surface in MCMC. Better believe me before it is too late PM Najib.
Plentiful of scandals in MCMC! I don’t understand what is MACC waiting for. If MACC is still not moving then the government should close down down MACC.

There is a name to what MCMC Chairman is doing. It is called GREED!! I am very surprised that no action is taken. Has MACC gone to sleep or just no balls to act??
The MACC should start investigation. There are enough evidence to commence investigation. Why waiting?
With apartment just 20 mins from London City Center ,one more in Melbourne and a bank account in Singapore, why are we so surprised with all these direct awards. How else can the mighty MCMC afford all these based on a Govt salary?? The Najib government despite all the noise about transparency is full of these kind of people who are there to rape the country and steal the Rakyat’s money!! Why should we still vote for this Govt when they continue to allow this to happen?!!!
MCMC is almighty. It can do no wrong for far too long. It is now time for the Government to imitate a thorough investigations into all the direct award contract in MCMC. Then shit will hit the fan. But will the government do this? How about the the minister of information? We want answers.

Bila open tender, yang masuk semua kawan kawan dia, nama saja open tender. Sedih la tengok keadaan macam ni di biarkan berlaku dan seorang yang tamak di pilih menjadi pegawai kanan.
