Reject “POLITICS OF HATRED” and vote for a 1MALAYSIA

13th General Elections

13th General Elections

Selamat pagi dan Selamat mengundi pada 5 Mei 2013! Yours truly believes that it is the wishes of all Malaysians that the polling day will go on smoothly without any untoward incidents. All Malaysians should exercise their voting rights to determine the Government of Malaysia for the next five years. We must vote wisely based on the track records of the political leaders before us.

We have seen many empty promises that have been made.  Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim, the Chief Minister of Selangor, when faced with questions of non-fulfillment of Pakatan’s 2008 Election Manifesto for Selangor, said that “The Pakatan’s Election Manifesto for Selangor was not a promise”. One would thought that election manifesto is a social contract made between the political parties with the people. But it was not the case for the Selangor Government. Say NO to POLITICS of EXPEDIENCY.

Now we have been told that if Pakatan were to win on 5 May 2013, petrol prices will be immediately reduced and thereafter highway tolls, PPTN (Higher Education Fund) and others will be abolished. Can we trust that such promises will be carried out?

Assuming for the moment that Pakatan were to wins tomorrow, which is highly unlikely and bearing in mind of the uncertainties of who will be the PM, implementation of Hudud, Islamic State and other problems, there is no guarantee that the said promises will be implemented based on premise that “Election Manifesto was not a promise”.  It will just be the usual rhetoric that we have been hearing thus far.

The caring YAB Datuk Seri Najib bin Tun Razak

The caring YAB Datuk Seri Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak

YAB Datuk Seri Najib bin Tun Razak has promised the Chinese community in Prima Setapak, Wangsa Maju, two nights ago that he will be fair to all. He has also placed his “Report Card” before the people. He was asking the people for a strong mandate for him and his team in this 13th GE so that he can carry through his various transformation programes based on his key policies of “Rakyat didahulukan”, “Pencapaian diutamakan” and 1MALAYSIA.

YAB Datuk Seri Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak, has said that the BN Manifesto is his “AKU JANJI”/UNDERTAKING to Malaysians of all races.  Furthermore, the care taker PM is the son of the late Tun Razak, who has been bestowed with the title of “Bapak Pembangunan” of Malaysia, and yours truly strongly believes that he cannot fail and he will not fail because he had to shoulder the heavy burden of ensuring Malaysia is a better place for all Malaysians by carrying through the late Tun Razak’s legacy with his very own 1MALAYSIA transformation programes. Every one of us will want to ensure that our father’s legacy will be carried out to the fullest and to do much better than what have been done by our father. So is YAB Datuk Seri Najib!

Please vote wisely on 5 May 2013 as our votes will determine the future directions of our beloved nation and future of our next generation. Whatever decision we are going to make on this historic occasion, we must always reject “POLITICS OF HATRED” as it has no place in our multi-racial Malaysia and jealously guarded at all costs the PEACE, STABILITY and HARMONY that we have enjoyed so far.

SALAM 1MALAYSIA! Selamat mengundi kepada semua warganegara 1Malaysia!

Please read “A huge lead, comfortable win, a changed (not chained) Malaysia”.

  1. RD.

BN will surely win with a 2/3 majority. Then it would be easier to make that ‘Foreign Agent Act’ a reality.
