Azahari Dahlan will not indulge in conspiracy

Tuan Azahari Mohd Dahlan, the former AirAsia officer that was parachuted into MAS after the infamous MAS-AirAsia share swap. He is the only former AirAsia officer left in MAS.

Tuan Azahari Dahlan, the ex-AirAsia Regional Head of Engineering, and appointed the CEO of MAS Aerospace Engineering (MAE) after the infamous aborted MAS-AirAsia share swap, is said to be the most qualified person in term of “seniority and qualifications” in MAE to hold the post of CEO. Unfortunately, up to this date this Tuan Azahari Dahlan is still keeping very quiet about the possibility of MAE entering into another joint venture with SR Technics or other entities. Yours truly has posted about the possible joint venture with S R Technics, in HERE.

Rumour has it that the bidding for the joint venture with MAS to start the component repair shop was completed on 28-1-2013. No other newspapers knew about MAS intention over the said joint venture except, of course, The Star. Incidentally, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes was one of the key players in the aborted MAS-AirAsia share swap and was appointed as a director of The Star a few months ago. Out of the blue, on 31-1-2013, The Star published a story about the said joint venture and its headline was MAS AEROSPACE ENGINEERING – S R TECHNICS TIE UP?

One reader has sent an e-mail to your truly alleging that there was a clear conspiracy in this joint venture.  Of course, yours truly does not believe that there was a conspiracy because there was no evidence to suggest it at the moment and more importantly, with the highly qualified Tuan Azahari Dahlan as CEO of MAE surely he wouldn’t tolerate let alone indulge in such a demeaning activity. Furthermore, Tuan Azahari Dahlan has been handpicked for his rare engineering qualification in the region and also rare expertise in heading an engineering department in an aviation industry.

Again rumour has it that under the possible join venture between MAS and S R Technic or other entities, MAS will hold 20% and S R Technics or other entities 80% of the total equity of the said joint venture.  If this is true then Tuan Azahari Dahlan will be made to look like a fool as MAS will no doubt lose control of its own MAE. Penultimately, MAS will have to pay through its nose for the cost of maintenance and other engineering services rendered by the said joint venture. Furthermore, MAE must have learn from its past experience other failed joint venture before.

No highly qualified engineer or businessman of Tuan Azahari Dahlan’s stature will allow the MAE which is an integral part of MAS to be fully controlled by its joint venture partners. In this case, SR Technics or other entities. It is for this reason alone that yours truly dismissed the allegations of conspiracy without any hesitation.

Hopefully Tuan Azahari Dahlan will see it fit to clear the air about the rumours on the possible joint venture in the next few days.

As far Mae goes Mas is still its largest customer. Its 3rd party customers are nothing to shout about. Sure it has Klm and Virgin but these 2 are not sufficient to give it a sterling customer list. Does Mae think that the Oneworld arrangement will help them? I do think this alliance covers engineering. So what can they do? The overheads in Mae are overblown. Recently I heard Khazanah sent over a SVP to be in charge of industrial relations. This could be the first step of retrenchment.

Most qualified CEO my foot. i am not sure he could hold a screw driver properly. He is most qualified in the eyes of AJ, Nanny Danny and the pariah. That’s why he was appointed. Appointed after the share suap for certain agenda.

If the joint venture is all about 20% for MAS and 80% for the foreign company then MAS can kiss and say good bye. What is AJ doing about this? MAS is suffering from paying million of Ringgit to keep the brainless management.

It is high time that brainless botak, AJ, Mat Nor, Azman Yahya, Don and a few others be booted out before it is too late.

With Botak as CEO anyone can do better. It is just as simple as that. Even his own brother Fuad, the ex-CEO of MAS, has no confidence in him. Just a useless idiot.

If the joint venture means that MAS has only 20%, this bloody botak must be out of his mind. If AJ allows this, then AJ is no better.

Hopefully that botak is not that stupid. Hopefully the botak will not pretend to be stupid. Hopefully the top management will knock some sense into the AirAsia’s botak head. Whose interest is the botak head looking after?

It is another conspiracy in the making by the pariah to take-over MAS after his last failed attempt by the ill-fated share-suap deal. Now the conspiracy of the pariah appears to take-over MAS component repair workshop by proxy thru … and control the supply of serviceable spares which is the blood line of MAS to keep it aircraft flying on-time and safely.

First only the Star publish it, which we all know how Star was the only newspapers that published the story. you all know just as much as I do.

The conspiracy theory is simple, the pariah parachutist bo(otak) head
with the collaboration of another pariah parachutist, certain member of the top management of MAS is proceeding with the JV with SRT to fulfil their solemn mission to crush MAS family forever as the impact of the JV is beyond the comprehension of the general employes.

The share-holding equity is MAS -20 % and SRT-80% that is under final negotiation between MAS and SRT on 28 Jan / 10 am /MAS hangar Subang and will continue on Tuesday / 5 Feb .

Another condition in this SRT-MAS JV is there is no job security or guarantee of employment of MAS staff in this JV !!

Recently Khazanah had sent over a SVP to MAS to be in charge of industrial relations. This could be the first step of retrenchment .Pencen awal la kita nampak nya…

Once agreement is inked, with only 20 % share holding , if SRT wants to, it could easily boot-off and sideline MAS/MAE as the Workshop will now be fully controlled by SRT. MAS will be paying thru their nose for any spare repair services rendered !!

With the Component Repair Workshop out of the its control, MAS will be a lame duck airline without proper spare parts support that has been the life-line of MAS to keep the airline high and mighty to be invited to join ONE WORLD, the family of world premier airlines.

It is not a coincidence that the pariah is still able to grab MAS thru proxy … and will not rest unless he controls the fate of MAS by hook or by crook????

SVP from Khazanah to handle Industrial relations? The guy will not touch that in a million years. His portfolio is PED, People Engagament Department. Frankly, this term “enagagement” is overused in MAS. Staff are still waiting for the results of the much-hyped “Engagement” survey conducted last October, findings must be too complicated for the consultants to compute that it takes do long for the results to be shared? Or is it that the results are so “undesirable” that HR must hire yet another consultant to make it more “desirable”? Or is this the just parachuted in SVP from Khazanah’s first mission? As for Industrial relations, or to use a simpler term, to handle the Unions, HR already has another SVP, Kamal Azran, who was elevated to the position , probably selected from the so-called mysteriousTalent List. That being the case, surely MAS doesn’t need to hire from elsewhere, since there is amazing TALENT within? LOL

Bagus sekali. Memang kuncu-kuncu AirAsia ini tak boleh jawab. Sama juga untuk si AJ. Useless lot. Harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi.

thanks YB for such backhand deals watchmanship Thanks YB for informing all about such deals. Anyway why did Star news paper publicize this??? who is behind this crafty shady deal ????

YB i am still interested to know how much did the football team QPR get sponsored for by MAS? Any news on this exact figure??
    previously i wrote to YB

Dear Sir please look into this blasphemy
Can we get some answers or expert opinions

In TONYS blog front page he poses a question “”””is there conflict of interest with Kazanah owning both MAS and MAHB””””?
9-8-2011 until cancellation (reverse) transactions on 2-5-2012 Tony used this time to get Malaysian airlines more business . This sounds patriotic.

Is it true TONY got MAS to pay millions of GBP to sponsor his very own QPR team? is the figure paid by MAS a secret?

TONYS reasoning was MAS advertised on the uniforms of his QPR team. This incited many travellers to fly MAS airlines and MAS sales increased immediately.
TONY TONY any one with any sense can tell that this is a lie.
If it isnt a lie then the truth is TONY is not patriotic enough.
If Tony were patriotic enough then you may have suggested MAS to advertise on Tshirts of Man U or Arsenal or other much better teams for BETTER MAS sales revenues.
Any ways wasnt TONYS workout of share swapper gangnam style and getting his own team QPR paid gangnam style a conflict of interest ?
How cool was that no marketing no efforts required to go out and look for sponsors, cash etc . You had the cash cow where you wanted it right in your stable. More importantly you had your fingers on its urders.
Who is in conflict Khazanah MAHB or the bloat with fingers on the cows urders?
