This was part of the report dated 03-07-2007 signed by Mr L. J.F van Meer, Mr J.N.A. Arnold and Mr E.J. Todd of Fokker Services Asia Pte Ltd (FSA), a fully owned subsidiary of Fokker Service B.V. for one of the twelve aircraft, bearing registration no: 9M-MGA.
At the material time, this aircraft was under the care and control of Fly Asian Express Sdn Bhd aka as FAX for the Rural Air Services (RAS) in Sabah and Sarawak. Now FAX is known as AirAsia X Sdn Bhd.

Oh shit hitting the fan!
DCA, what have you got say about the report? To allow AirAsia X Sdn Bhd at that time to take over the AOC and then flying long haul routes was most shocking.
sini tipu lagi banyak, ayo ayo ayo mampuslah ini macam!

Thanks to the 2 ‘mutts’ in the leadership
of be end, mat madey and dolah-mat-layu
the members of the umno party [mat dungus]
and their
apparatchiks who are mat-me-no-spik -and –
no-write-inglis can allow this kind of
mismangement to take place over a long
period of time.
.
Only a body of mat-dungus in the party machine
could have
allowed madey and dolah
to skim the country’s coffers with blatant
disregard for accountablity or give value
to the natiopn’s hard-earned wealth.
To have allowed dolah to be sitting
in MAS as advisor is to let a cat
looking after the fish on the dinner table.
This does not reflect well on be-end who
is asking for an extension to rule the countyry.
Only after that bee-end is replaced , can damages
to all national asset be assessed.

What nonsense are you talking about hanana? All these happened during Pak Lah’s time, not Mahathir’s. You are at the wrong site dear.. Go and express yourself at malaysiakini or similar anti establishment sites. We are opining technical irregularities of an airline.
What a scam? How could DCA allowed AirAsia X to carry on with the AOC with such records? Harapkan pager pager makan paid.
58 parts have been cannibalized! That was the standard of safety for AirAsia. was it normal for an airline to cannibalize so many parts for spare parts and there were so many aircraft grounded for similar purposes? This aircraft has been grounded for so may months without replacement of the cannibalized parts. This must be the business model of AirAsia!
If the aircraft have not been maintained according to the regulation at that time, I believe the present fleet of AirAsia X had to be in a similar situation. Best of luck to the passengers of AirAsia X.
