Rashdan’s AA Agendas under CCF!

14-1-2012 The Edge Interview with Amok's most trusted crony, Rashdan

En Mohammed Rashdan Rashdan aka Danny (Rashdan), was Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok)’s ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd.  Rashdan is also the known most trusted crony of Amok.

The above Edge interview clearly showed the CCF AGENDAS of Amok’s most trusted crony, Rashdan. The salient points, which can be seen from the Amok’s most trusted crony were:


  • Amok placed his most trusted crony in MAS to ensure the unholy or one sided “partnership” between MAS and AirAsia;

  • Amok’s most trusted crony is to set up “Strategic Business Units” (SBU) in MAS for WAU 2;

  • Amok’s most trusted crony to carry out agressive TERMINATIONS of routes and capacity of MAS but not AirAsia;

  • Amok’s most trusted crony’s mentors are Tan Sri Tony Fernandes and Datuk Kamarudin Meranun of AirAsia because of their NEGOTIATION SKILLS  for the purchased of 200 Airbuses; and

  • Amok’s most trusted crony will do another WAU for MAS engineering unit, which will be part of SBU and AirAsia can take up a stake in it.

No wonder that the Amok’s most trusted crony, Rahsdan, has said in early March 2012 that MAS will dispose of its “non-core assets” at a later stage, in HERE.  Yours truly will not be surprised that soon Penerbangan Malaysia Bhd (PMB), a subsidiary of Khaznah Nasional Bhd,  will be the the biggest purchase of these 200 airbuses. PMB was set up after WAU, which was the brainchild of BinaFikir Sdn Bhd whose founders were Amok and Rashdan, Amok is now in control of Khazanah and Amok’s most trusted crony in MAS. MYCC (Malaysian Competition Commission) should also include in its investigation about the “AGGRESSIVE CUT OF MAS ROUTE AND CAPACITY BUT NOT AIRASIA” as this is a clear violation of the Competition Act 2010, as this cuts are meant to stifle competition, which is against the public interest.

When Amok’s most trusted crony Rashdan was heavily critiscised for his decision to pay 18 million Pounds for the sponsorship of QPR home jersey a few days after the secret MAS-AirAsia share swap, Amok openly defended his trusted crony and said it was a “GOOD DEAL”, in HERE. Amok himself had declared in a meeting with Bloggers in August 2011 that the option for Khazanah to purchase the 10% share in AirAsia X Sdn Bhd is a “DODGY DEAL”, in HERE & HERE.

Amok’s most trusted crony, Rashdan, had already learnt from Tan Sri Tony Fernandes that’s why he couldn’t wait to spend 18 million Pounds to sponsor QPR. Hopefully Amok’s most trusted crony Rashdan will not learn from Spygate Scandal as well, in HERE.

Therefore, the appointments of En Rozman Omar as CFO of MAS, En Azhari Dhalan as Head of MAS Engineering are intergral part of Amok’s most trusted crony’s agendas for the CCF. Both En Rozman Omar and En Azhari Dahlan were from AirAsia!

En Azhari Dahlan was not a qualified person under the Aviation Act, 1969, as he is not the DCA approved Nominated Post Holder, in  HERE & HERE.

From yours truly’s understanding of the Civil Aviation Act, 1969, it is also a mandatory requirement that En Rozman Omar may also need to be a DCA approved Nominated Post Holder, which he doesn’t have.  When there is an opportunity, yours truly will raise this matter in Parliament this coming week.

The appointment of Mr Shane Nollan as Acting Commercial Director of MAS, PlaneConsult, which is also the consultant for AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd and MAS uplifting of AirAsia X Sdn Bhd’s 35,000 passengers with very Special Low Fares for the terminated routes to London, Paris and India and the were in line with the said AGENDAS of Amok’s most trusted crony, in HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE & HERE.

From the above, yours truly very much doubt if the TRIO and/or MAS Board of Director dare to take actions against Amok’s crony Rashdan for the serious offense of up-grading his maid and kids to the First Class Cabin in the flight MH122 on 1-1-2012, in HERE, HERE, HERE, HERE & HERE.  Even if they did take actions, which yours truly believes they will not, going by the QPR 18 million Pounds sponsorship deal, Amok will spring to his most most trusted crony’s defend by saying the upgrading was a “GOOD BEHAVIOUR OF A CORPORATE LEADER OF ALL TIMES”.   MAS staffs should start to emulate Amok’s most trusted crony’s said behavour.

    if true, that seem that so call COnsultant plane consult either unable to find ONE among 6 billions people on mother-earth that gud enough to become MAS commercial director OR they just continue shane so that they can con MAS more???????

    Thank you for your efforts on the mas/AA issue.

    1) We refer to the article on dca pilots flying with honorary ATPL with AA.

    The pilot of the AA plane that crashed in kuching was believed to be an ex-dca pilot. It will be interesting to know if he was holding an honorary atpl???
    If he was, then that flight would be an illegal flight!

    AA will have to reimburse the insurance company that underwrite the crashed plane as the flight would have been illegal to start with, as there is no insurance coverage for illegal flights.

    They can use the honorary atpl only in Malaysia and that also for check flights, not as operating crew of a flight. You can check this with CAA of UK. Our laws are adapted from CAA UK.

    AA will be in serious trouble with the civil aviation authorities of the countries that AA fly to in this asia pacific region for this breech if improperly licensed pilots.
    You should forward this to the various aviation authorities in this asia pacific region for them to access the legality and safety issues of the situation. (including list of the “honorary” names) Nobody wants an illegal flight into their country.

    2) Is there a anyway to find out if AA-X has a valid and legal AOC (air operators cert.) ?
    AA-x was born out of FAX which in turn was born out of RAS/mas, east Malaysia ops.
    AOC as we understand is “operator specific” and is “operations specific”.
    If the original AOC was for FAX for rural air service ops, then without specific approvals and changes/amendments, AA-x ops will be questionable…….since day one ???

    3) We have heard that AA-x is trying very hard to offload/sell to mas their excess A330 planes after their route cuts and new planes coming in.

    Their planes are HD seating configuration and does not meet mas requirement but AA-x is pushing/forcing hard.
    AA is also trying to force mas to sell off their own B737 and buy AA’s excess A320’s which they overbought and now cannot use or sell.

    Didn’t know that the CCF also extended to whatever that are owned by the Pariah, MAS had to contribute monetary or facilities. But not the other way around.

    The examples are the 18 million sponsorship of QPR home jersey, the killing of Firefly jet service and the recent uplifting of the AA X passengers.

    Nanny the Danny please get out of MAS. You and your immediate boss Azman Mokhtar are the main culprits in this dirty deal. MAS staffs mud do wheat we can to get rid of this scum of the earth from MAS.

    From what have been exposed this bast..rd only deserve to e in hell if there is room for him.

    Danny boy, by the way have upgraded your maid to your master bedroom with your shameless wife. A good wife wold have advised the Danny boy cum bullshitter to stop the maid from coming to the First Class cabin.

    CCF meant to save AirAsia under the pretext that MAS needed help. For a start which arilines going to buy the 200 airbuses that were committed ot purchase by TF? AA X already cut its room by another 4 to only about 7 routes from 13 originally. Where is the Pariah going to do with the excess aircraft of 6 where the routes were cut?

    We know that Amok, TF and Rashdan are very close friends. I hope that the PM will now that theis this shae swap and CCf filled with conflicts of interest.

    MAS staff got to stand up against this bloody Nanny Danny, who is a disgrace to the Malay. If he dare come out to deny that he upgraded his maid to First Class. The Voyage Reports have been ciculated all over MAS.

    All CCF activities must be stopped immediately. Shame NoLLAN and PlaneConsult must be told to get out of MAS premises.THey are not working in the interest of MAS bu AirAsia and AAX.

    Ptui! PTI! PTUI! PTUI! PTUI! to the TRIO and Nanny Rashdan and family. Since you dare to swear in Allah’s name, MESTI MAKAN DIRI AKHIRNYA.

    Please bear in mind that a new era has begun, Bosses, watch your back infact, watch where you tread your path as well. Too many backdoor dealings, plenty even through the ceiling trapdoors and latelly even through sewer manholes, that is why it has been smelling so bad of late. The pen is mightier than the sword. the web permeates through even the stiffest surface..

    This crony is only interested in another WAU. If WAU was good then when share swap and CCF. Read this crony’s interview and I watnto vomit. if possible vomit on the face of the Nanny Danny.

    It was a one sided CCF in favour of AA/AAX. MAS staffs what are you waiting for. If hte Union leaders are resting on thier laurel f..k them until they move. It is most sickening to read this crony interview.

    Please go to Airasia.com & type ‘senior management’ in the search field. You will still find Rozman & Azahari still reflected in their positions in AA, which should be vacant by now.
    What does this mean? Clear conflict of interest + lack of corporate governance.
    I sincerely hope you can also investigate this

    “Game changer” ….just to confirm political hegemony running riot

    “SBUs” ….just an official menu for parties acting in concert to get a piece of the action….leading to higher operating costs & lower or elimination of ancillary revenues

    “Aggressive route & capacity cuts” ….not a consolidation prior to future expansion of the most crucial raison d’etre of an airline

    “Negotiating skills of ordering aircraft” ….just for show but not the real skills required to extricate maximum returns during the operating life of the fleet ….furthermore LCC model still to weather the test of time ….nothing remotely new nor revolutionary for a full-service model like MH ….it only shows orders without apparent clear operating purpose ….recipe for disaster

    “CCF …easier to turnaround MH” …..NO ….easier to playaround with to suit parties acting in concert and harder & costlier to unwind

    “AA to play future role” ….FOR WHAT ….It should not in the first place …period

    “Lessen competition” …..Policy makers ….MOT/Govt should have thought of this before allowing AA & AAX got off the ground …..now too late …..public have voted for cheap fares …..no matter if it makes long term economic sense or not ….and its impact on industry players, governing authorities & related businesses

    “Six hangars” …..justification for commission partners ….more glorified ULATS ….utterly ridiculous, short-sighted & of questionable self-interests by parties acting in concert …..cannibalization of MH engineering & fleet operations

    “Synergistic procurement” …..FOR WHOM …..only AA since since questionable track record with suppliers have left them with limited room to manoeuvre ….furthermore its fraught with conflict of interests & impractical

    Please improve on this attempt & get this CCF to benefit MH ….the transparent & practical way without self-interests or boot it out completely.

    A sequel to WAU?

    The first WAU is evidently a failure. This one a true form over substance.

    The reality is that MAS’ liabilities were taken over by the tax payers. The G had to pump in billions. Certain assets were then transferred out for a song.This is now what they want to repeat.

    These CONSultants will continue to use terms that camouflage actual things to the detriment of MAS and tax payers.

    Thank you for your view. I am with you all the ways. This management of with CONsultant background and yet they need to employ PlaneConsult to do the thinking for them. This is a testimony of their incompetence and not fit for their purpose in MAS.

    It was due to their brainless background thats why Danny boy abused his power to upgrade his maid. He thought that MAS is his “pak punya”.

    He is one of the culprit that broker this deal beside Amok and Nazir of CIMB.

    Therefore, this bast.rd maid up-grader must be thrown out of MAS and sent threw into the sea for the sharks. He is the main culprit in MAS to facilitate the wishes of the Pariah begining with 18 million Pounds sponsorship of QPR, cancelled full load Firefly flights during last Raya, Firefly jet services, Firefly JB/KK/Kuching routes, Dubai, Johannesburg and others.

    We MAS staffs must do everything to remove the anti-MAS elements in MAS. They cannot be allowed to stay longer than minute. Expose them. Don’t cooperate with them by taking verbal instructions. which they are doing now.

      PlaneConsult is designed not to do the thinking. Their main purpose is to be blamed if the CCF and Share-Swap failed. Since they are not Malaysian and not incorporated in Malaysia, no local laws can take actions against them. And the TRIOs plus AMOK cronies including the family of AA cannot be blamed as they being consulted by these jokers…. That’s why they need consultant…

      Remember in year 2003-2005, MAS do have the like of Shane Nollan, by the name Andrew that was hired from Everest to do the same. His contract not renewed when Idris come on board because the salary more than RM100k monthly. Plus the case, consultant that was Israel agent. At that time, MAS was managed by Fuad Dahlan. At that time, tonnes of Mat Salleh expatriat working in MAS and instructing MAS management what is best… End up, they failed MAS. If I have the news, I will post it.

        Dear Pariah Nak Mati,

        Chris Andrew was brought in under Everest for the IT outsourcing project by the then head of IT, during the tenure of TS Md Nor as MD. One other project team member brought in by Everest was an ex-Israeli intelligence officer.

        TS Md Nor also brought in other expats like Kim Clarke, Paul Mooney and Danny Kondic. During this time, Chris managed to climb to become SGM Strategy.

        When Dato Fuaad became MD, these people were already there. With the exception of Chris Andrews, who had the support of TS Munir and AMOK, the rest either left on their own accord or their contracts were not renewed by Fuaad.

        There was talk that Chris was also one of those behind the removal of Dato Fuaad. Chris together with TS Munir made it difficult for Dato Fuaad.

        Chris all the time had an eye for the MD job and this resulted in a conflict between him and Idris, within days of Idris’ coming in. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when he let Idris know his feelings that he can be a better MD than Idris.

    Currently the staff morale is very low and action should be taken to improve the situation quickly. The new management has FAILED in the fundamental duty of any corporate initiative, which is to galvanize support and get the buy-in from the workforce. They have FAILED to realize that it takes a large workforce to successful run an airline business and therefore cannot be high handed in the approach to turnaround the company especially since MAS has a workforce of 20,000. It also contravenes the 1Malaysia aspiration of people first, performance now.

    As the sentiment for the share swap and the CCF is negative, no amount of plans and implementation rolled out from Management from this point onwards will bring positive results as the productivity and loyalty to the programme is already flawed and damaged.

    mana arah tuju MAS sekarang? AJ and the rest tido ka? Najib canx CCF pun macam nak tak nak je. Patut pun kena kacau kat London ari tu. Tiga ekor hantu dengan jembalang – jembalang mereka masih duduk kat atas. Lagi lama beruk-beruk ni ada kat MAS lagi lah nampak macam zoo.
