Kudos to you while other MPs are still talking about how to wrest the political power, you put economy above politics.

    YB,

First of all, Happy CNY to you.

Secondly, I’m quite disturbed when reading about the news regarding the African students who was beaten to death:
    http://www.mmail.com.my/Somali_student-as-s_fatal_vacation.aspx

It seems that it’s not the only incident, it has happened before near LRT Wangsa Maju.

Hope you can do something about it.

    TQ

wangsa maju resident, richard, anonymous, temenggong, Melayu 64, sherinna and other readers.

Thank you so much for your best wishes. I do appreciate it very much. For readers of Chinese origin, May I wish you all and families GOOD HEALTH, GOOD LUCK, A HAPPY and A Prosperous Chinese New Year.

As for the non-Chinese readers, May I wish you all and your families a pleasant holidays.

For those, who had to drive to their respective kampung, please drive safe and arrive at your destinations safely.

    sherinna,

I take note of your comments regarding the security issue in Wangsa Maju. Whilst I note that the crime rate in Wangsa Maju may have increased but I believe it is a general trend throughout the country. I have contacted the Wangsa Maju area inspector regarding the murder of the Somalian student. I am very upset to read about murder and other crimes in Wangsa Maju. Please go to my posting on the submission of the Parliamentary Questions to Parliament. Prior the said murder happened, I have already tabled the Parliamentary Questions pertaining to the increasing crime rate in Wangsa Maju and elsewhere.

I really am sad that innocent foreign students has been murdered and I feel the sense of hopelessness on my part.

Fellow Malaysians, fighting crimes must be made our national agenda. I shall push the government towards this direction.

Happy Chinese New Years to all Chinese.
