Recalcitrant Platinum Victory slammed with yet another Stop Work Order!

Let’s see what the ‘developers friendly’ Mohd Yusop Alwi of Jabatan Bangunan will do to help.

It’s amazing how Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd continues to blatantly defy DBKL’s building regulations and guidelines even though the company had been issued a Stop Work Order before . Something is definitely amiss and it begs for a clear explanation as to why this developer is so bold and has the audacity to do what it does!

Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd was issued the first Stop Work Order by DBKL on 19 October 2008. However, four days later on 23 October the Stop Work Order was unilaterally lifted by En Mohd Yusop Alwi, the Pengarah of Jabatan Bangunan, under questionable circumstances.

Here’s how En Mohd Yusop Alwi’s single-handed actions had defied all logic. Apparently before the lifting of the first Stop Work Order on 23 October, En Mohd Yusop Alwi saw it fit to have a meeting with Platinum Victory and its architect, the so-called Residents Associations but without the presence of the complainant and I being called.

It seemed the presidents of the so-called Residents Associations had agreed to allow Platinum Victory to work until 11 p.m. and this decision was made without any meeting with the residents themselves. As it happened no one seemed to know about the lifting of the Stop Work Order for a few days until I lodged a complaint with the Datuk Bandar’s office that Platinum Victory was still carrying out construction work despite the Stop Work Order. A day later the Datuk Bandar’s office informed me that it was lifted by En Mohd Yusop Alwi. I protested that I was the person who made the official complaint on behalf of the residents and we were not called for the meeting on 23 October. What was also strange was that the Residents Association never lodged any complaint and they were called for the meeting. This was most unacceptable and I further lodged complaints with YAB Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan, Ketua Setiausaha Negara; Datuk Bandar and the Minister of Wilayah Persekutuan on the suspicious manner with which the Stop Work Order dated 19 October was lifted.

Back to the issue at hand.

On 5 November 2008 I received several complaints that Platinum Victory had started to violate the working hours again by working after 6 p.m. till late at night. I immediately lodged a complaint with the office of Datuk Bandar and Datuk Bandar immediately caused an investigation to be done. When it was confirmed by the DBKL Manager for Wangsa Maju that Platinum Victory was working at 8 p.m. at its Danau Kota worksite, Datuk Bandar’s office then instructed En Mohd Yusop Alwi to issue Stop Work Orders on all of Platinum Victory’s worksites on the night of 5 November.

But here was where a funny thing happened.

En Mohd Yusop Alwi chose only to issue a Stop Work Order for the worksite at Taman Melati Utama. A further complaint was lodged with Datuk Bandar’s Office and it was only after my second complaint that En Mohd Yusop Alwi only then proceeded to issue another Stop Work Order for the Platinum Victory’s Danau Kota worksite.

Man, here was some strange game being played here. What gives?

Given all this shenanigan, I am beginning to wonder what had the “Flying Squads” of Jabatan Bagunan being doing all this while when they were supposed to be working round the clock? I am sure that these so-called Flying Squads must have had been receiving complaints many hundreds of time and yet they were unable to find out that Platinum Victory had been violating the working hours. In fact, it is an open secret that many developers in KL are violating the working hours and some have also worked round the clock with impunity. Why is this happening and what are the forces at play here?

Wouldn’t it be more appropriate then to name the Flying Squads as the “Sleeping Squads?”

I am also wondering what YAB Tan Sri Mohd Sidek Hassan, Ketua Setiausaha Negara and co-chairman of Pemudah, is going to do about the “Developers Friendly” attitude of Jabatan Bangunan.

It is such attitude of the DBKL officers that have made the public lose confidence in DBKL and the government. And it would help for DBKL to remember that they should be ‘Rakyat Friendly’ for there are far more rakyat than developers.

Bukankah lebih berpatutan menamakan Pasukan Gerakan (the Flying Squads) sebagai Pasukan Tidur (the “Sleeping Squads)”?

Give Mohd Yusop Alwi enough rope and he will hang himself. He is just “Developers Friendly”. Well put.

Look at the facts it is very clear that Mohd Yusop Alwi is just too”Developers Friendly”.

I hope that Tan Sri Sidek must have received many complaints about this little napoleon.

When a complainant lodged against Danau Kota work site, Mohd Yusop Alwi took action against Taman Melati work site. I can see from the appearance that Danau Kota is a much bigger project than Taman Melati. I think that Mohd Yuysop Alwi is just a very nice man, who will go all out to help Platinum Victory Sdn BHd.

May I ask, what is Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd is so special to Mohd Yusop Alwi????????????????????

    Do you have the answer?

Mohd Yusop Alwi tak korup. Ia “Developers Friendly” sahaja!!

The majority of the residents are extremely unhappy with the ways the developer/contractor have been behaving in ignoring the residents anger on working until late at night (sometime until morning) and working during Sunday holidays and public holidays.

The residents have lodged many complaints to DBKL and its Hotline desk but all to no avail. Some of us evening lodged police reports. Nothing the police could do. We have been suffering from the irresponsible acts of the developer/contractor since 2007 – at which time Yew Teong Look was the MP for Wangsa Maju.

It was until July 2008 that we could no longer tolerate the noise and dust that we approached our new MP for Wangsa Maju (YB Wee) about this. Hence forth we began to see some actions from DBKL.

1st Stop Work Order was issued on 19-10-2008 but lifted quietly on 24-10-08 and the developer/contractor continued to defy DBKL regulation of working up to 6 pm only. Platinum was indeed very powerful.

Mohd Yusop Alwi has been very helpful to Platinum.

Thank God that our new MP (YB Wee) didn’t give up and pursue this matter. Hence Datuk Bandar was compelled to order a stop work order to be issued by Jabatan Bangunan. Even with such specific order from Datuk Bandar Mohd Yusof still tried to help by issuing the Order to a small project when he was suppose to issue to all the Platinum’s projects.

I do agree to watch what this Mohd Yusof will now do to help!

Anyway thank you YB for helping us pursuing this matter. Please stand up for us against such little napoleon like Yusop Alwi. We will write to Tan Sri Sidek (KSN) about all these nonsense.

Sleeping Squads is the best description because they see nothing when it comes to developers, like Platinum.

If it involves hawkers and poor people the Flying Squads will immediately act. Tan Sri Mohd SIdek should know about this and the meaning of the term “Developers Friendly”.

Expose the “Sleeping Squads” and their boss. Then KL will be a better place to live and we do not have to live with noise at night and weekends.

I stay in PV10, most residents here also complainted about the construction work by Platinum Victory which is just few steps away from our condo. But the Management Gary Gan just ignored us. Worse is he said I dont scare of u all. I guess he must have pay kopi duit to certain people.

I thought Platinum Victory is a growing company…look like they dont wish to have a good name in this industry!!!

Not to forget, Lina Ong who is the Manager for PV10 was being “kick out” from PV8 due to some issues and now is managing my condo. so far, the maintenance is vy bad, i wasa caught in the lift, all of a sudden, out of service. and car park is terrible, flooded with rain! small problem?? how about having at least 3 cases of police-raid in PV10?? VERY TERRIBLE SECURITY!!!

The Jabatan Bangunan Flying Squads are really Sleeping Squads. They don’t seem to know anything about Platinum Victory working well passed 6 pm until very late in the morning. The Flying Squads only know how to claim over time pay and do nothing.

I am surprised that Mohd Yusop Alwi (Pengarah) is not lifting his magic fingers to help Platinum.

It is general knowledge that Jabatan Bangunan is extremely “DEVELOPER FRIENDLY”! I wonder why?

PV10: According to mohd Yusop Alwi, the Pengarah ONLY ONE resident objected to working late and the rest supported Platinum to work as late as 11 pm and during Sunday and holidays.

I cannot believe that a Pengarah was trying so hard to speak for the developer. No wonder Yb Wee classified him as being Developer Friendly.

Well, helping developer is better than helping the residents. That’s why the Flying Squads are sleeping all the times. Even when the residents were making complaints the Flying Squads under Mohd Yusop Alwi did not know that the developer was working till late at night.

Mohd Yusop Alwi should be removed to do something else and I believe Jabatan Bangunan will improve. As long as he is there, the Flying Squads will be asleep all the time and it will always be Developer Friendly! Sack him to improve DBKL image!

Agree with YB Wee inn the Star Metro of today. Even if there is no one objecting to working after 6 pm, the Flying Squads of Jabatna Bangunan should stop it because this is their main job. I am sure that the Flying Squads have been claiming over time all tjhese months if not year.

We hope that Tan Sri Mohd Sidek will look into the Flying Squads over time claims against the detections of how many developers violating the DBKL regulations.

Mohd Yusof Alwi is just incompetent and looking for ways and means to help Platinum Victory Sdn Bdh and others. He should be sacked.

Yb Wee, please check: I believe that Platinum Victory has another project in Jalan Stonor. Why Mohd Yusop Alwi didn’t slam the Stop Work Order since the directive was to issue stop work orders to ALL projects of Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd.

Of course, please don’t expect Mohd Yusop Alwi to know about this because it was not his job to fined out. His main job is to be friendly to developers!

Not only that, if the management (appointed by developer) is not changed, they will abuse the “power” . As far as i am concerned there are many Platinum Victory developer’s staff park their car at PV3 visitor carpark without permit. I had complaint to Chief Guard few weeks ago but The Guard (they are paid by PV3 residents) take NO ACTIONS.

If our guest park there exceeding 4 hours, their car will be clamped and they have to pay a fine RM50 to unlock the clamp.

The DEVELOPER also very “GREEDY”, they not only taken up all the land, they also “makan” the public road (Jln Melati Utama 3) to build the exit (or entrance) for the shoplot.

I don’t think there is enough carpark to construct shoplot, HOW THEY MANAGE TO GET PERMIT TO BUILD BUSINESS CENTRE? ??? Bear in mind that there are 2 schools opposite the shoplot, now it had caused messy traffic jam at peak hour. I can foresee the TRAFFIC will turn to WORST when shoplot is completed.

I hope DBKL and DEVELOPER will look into it.

How do you expect the developer to look into this when the pengarah of Jabatan Bangunan is so developer friendly. The pengarah had to look after the Platinum Victory’s interests.

Mohd Yusop Alwi can’t see what you are complaining about how the developer abused its power because his Flying Squads are SLEEPING and his departmetn cannot hear public complaint.

Jabatan Banguinan will remain in this way unless Mohd Yusop Alwi is transferred out to another department.

Mohd Alwi wil not know why Platinum Victory was allowed to build its Business Centre or showroom on the “Tanah Lapang”, which is for the greenery for the residents to use. As I have said Mohd Yusop Alwi had to protect Platinum Victory because he had to make teh developer happy in order to protect his own job!

Tan Sri Mohd Sidek should do a thorough investigation into Mohd Yusop Alwi’s activities as the Pengarah of Jabatan Bangunan.

Transfer or suspend him from job and then investigate then there is a chance of getting to the bottom of the matter otherwise forget about it.

Agreed with Ahmad that Platinum Victory has another project in Jalan Stonor, which has not been issued with Stop Work Order.

Mohd Yusop Alwi: Not only your Flying Squads are SLEEPING, you yourself is no better. Wake up and check whether Platinum Hill got another work site around the Jalan Stonor area?

If yes, developer friendly’s Mohd Yusop should explain why no stop work order issued to this particular work site. Don’t tell me that you want the KL residents to believe that you didn’t know about this?

Do you need to be told what to do all the times? Then you are just gaji buta. SO what is Pemudah is doing? Don’t tell me Pemudah is also sleeping like Mohd Yusop Alwi?

When we were developing a residential area in Ampang, the existing residents also complained. But due to our concern on late delivery penalty, we had no choice but to ignore the stop work order. Of course there are ways to settle the matter, Malaysia style.

However, my advise is to you MP is to meet with the developer and ministry who issued the approval for the development and local town council overseeing such matters. Ask them why they defied the stop work order in the presence of the licensing authority and minute down everything. This will be useful first step towards solving recalcitrant developers who may lose their license if found to be breaking the law and continuing to do so.

The person-in-charge will not have anymore excuses to support the developer in their wrong doing if evidence is purposely gathered and properly documented.

I am not surprised if Mohd Yusop Alwi will find some other reasons and lift the Stop Work Order because he has a heart for developers. He should be appointed the unofficial consultant to all the developers in KL and I am sure that he will be doing a brilliant job for them.

Anyway these are the rare few days of my life in Platinum Hill Condo that I am enjoying peace in the morning before I leave for work and when I came home to be with my family.

I hope that Tan Sri Mohd Sidek, the KSN, will take step to trransfer Mohd Yusof Alwi, teh developer friendly officer of KL, out to otehr department so that DBKL rules will be folowed strictly by developer.

Mohd Yusop Alwi must take note that we really need peace and quiet to relax at our home after a hard day work in the office.

    Biarlah saya petik salah satu perengan yang telah dipaparkan sebelum ini yang menyatakan ;

    > Nampaknya presiden persatuan pemilik (tak pasti sah atau tidak) telah bersetuju membenarkan Platinum Victory kerja sampai 11 malam dan keputusan ini dibuat tanpa sebarang mesyaurat dengan pemilik lain <

    Sekian harap maklum.

I am a resident and I know many residents living next to the construction site are unhappy about Platinum Victory working until late at night and public holidays. I know for a fact that many of us have lodged complaints to the DBKL Hotline, Jabatan Bangunan and also the police. But no actions were taken by Jabatan Bangunan as well as the police.

As far as we are concerned whatever being said by these JMBs were their own personal opinion. On such an important matter, the JMBs should call for a meeting before supporting Platinum Victory to work until 11 pm and public holidays. Most probably the leaders of the these JMBs are not staying at the condo or do not live immediately next to the construction site. If they are living directly next to the construction site they would not have supported Platinum Victory working until 11 pm at night and public holidays.

Further, on such an important issue there was no meeting held with the residents before supporting Platinum Victory.

DBKL set the working hours from 8 am to 6 pm for a reason i.e so that the residents can rest peacefully without noise pollution. Since there is such rule then Platinum Victory must comply strictly and the JMBs have no business to tell us that it is ok for Platinum Victory to break the rules.

No residents in the right mind would support a contractor to work until 11 pm and public holidays unless they are also developer friendly!

May be some of those JMBs leaders are as developers friendly as Mohd Yusop Alwi. That’s why Mohd Yusop Alwi called these JMBs leaders to the meeting on 23-10-08 but purposely not calling the actual complainants and MP Wee.

As far as the residents are concerned DBKL RULES/LAWS must be complied with. Mohd Yusop Alwi has no right to ignore the rule. He should be sacked for not performing his duties.

We are not prepared to be so developer friendly like bothj the JMB and Mohd Yusof Alwi. When you live beside the construction site then the presidents of the JMB will know about the noise and dust.

The JMB comments here are most stupid of all. They are so supportive of Platinum Victory that they have forgotten who they are suppose to represent. This is their main problem. If they want tom speak for the residents on such matter they should call for a formal meeting with residents. I can assure them that they decision will be a NO, NO, NO.

JMB presidents don’t be stupid and blinded by Platinum Victory.

If you are one of committee member at PV5 (I guest) then you are talking NONSENSE because PV5 is too far away and not affected by the construction site at all.

If you are concerned about this issue, please go to BOLCK C at PV3, it is enough by just standing at the corridor which is next to the construction then you will UNDERSTAND WHAT IT MEAN BY NOISE POLUTION. As a responsible AJK of JMB, please go to visit the SERIUSLY AFFECTED residents (30 units at PV3, C-Floor-7 & 8, 60 units at PV6, next to PV8).

AJK Platinum Hill Condominium No 2 Jalan Melati Utama 3, Tmn MU, Setapak Kuala Lumpur.

It is shameful by just give a statement above. As a AJK it is no need to call all residents, just approach those resident who are seriusly affected.

If you have time, please check to see that the EXIT (or ENTRANCE) of shoplot, the extension to JLN MELATI UTAMA 3, is it going to threat the drivers safety ? Check carefully, if it is, means that your JMB is no doing your job.

If I’m not mistaken President of JMB of PV3 (Anthony Tan) is not staying there and I do not know where to contact him. I had compliant to the management and Guards verbally a few times. They ask me to write in, it is rediculuos because they work for developer and not for the residents. Bear in mind we are paying thier wages.

To all JMB president, please be considerate and think of benefit of the residents and NOT DEVELOPER ONLY. There is rules and regulation to follow.

ALL WE WANT IS JUST PEACEFUL PLACE TO REST AFTER 7.00 PM.

You all have answered all the the main points of the comments of this “Developer Friendly” FACELESS/NAMELESS AJK of the FACELESS/NAMELESS JMB of Platinum Hill Condominium.

I fully agree with you all that no right thinking residents would support Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd working until 11 pm and during public holidays. We all need a peaceful rest after we came back from our works.

As far as I know there are JMB-PV1, JMB-PV2, JMB-PV3, JMB-PV4, JMB-PV5 & JMB-PV6 and there is no such entity as JMB of Platinum Hill Condominium.

It is most unfortunate that the comments of this “Developer Friendly” FACELESS/NAMELESS AJK of the FACELESS/NAMELESS JMB of Platinum Hill Condominium dared not put his name to the comment.

Actually after I have read the comments from Platinum Hill Condo, JM Bodoh, PV3 Resident and others, I can’t blame him for opting to be FACELESS/NAMELESS in his comment because he must be ashamed of himself as he had to be “Developer Friendly” for reason best known to himself and his gang.

I would like to just quote a paragraph from the comments of this FACELESS/NAMELESS AJK, which has supported the views of many readers,:

English translation: “I wish to inform all readers and those having an interest in this issue that it is true and cannot be denied that there are complaints of noise coming from the construction site.”

From this paragraph of this FACELESS/NAMELESS AJK, it is a glaring fact that there are many complaints of noise coming from the construction site. Therefore, it is immaterial whether the noise is temporary or permanent, as long as the noise disturbed the quiet enjoyment of the one single resident under the care of JMB-PV1, PV2 & etc, all the JMBs are duty bound to register the objection at any meeting with DBKL especially at the meeting of 23-10-2008, where all the above JMBs blindly supported Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd to work until 11 pm. What a joke!

When I visited the Platinum Hill Condo on 8-11-08, I have been shown at least 30 residents, who have signed a letter to DBKL complaining about Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd working until very late at night and public holidays. Yet the leaders of the said JMBs giving their consent to the developer to work until 11 pm! I can only feel extremely sorry for the residents, who are represented by such irresponsible leaders of the JMBs.

    I rest my case.

Platinum Hill Condominium Taman Melati Utama: Please try harder next time. Please don’t be disappointed, Jabatan Bangunan, which is as “Developer Friendly as you are, will support your view.

    Thank you.

    P/s

Please be informed that DBKL has fixed a meeting on 19-11-08 at 12 noon at Bangunan DBKL, Jalan Raja Laut, to discuss the issue of Stop Work Order, the Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd’s showroom, which occupies the open space/garden, which is one of the common areas for the use of the residents.

Those residents, who object to Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd working after 6 pm daily and the existence of the showroom, should come to DBKL Building to support the Stop Work Order to be continued for a longer period with a huge fine as punishment and for the showroom to be demolished. Hope to see you all on 19-11-08. Thank you and good night to you all.

I live in Platinum Hill Condo. I know for a fact that some of these JMB office bearers do not live in the condo so they do not know how we have suffered all these months until YB Wee came to help us. I know that one of chairman of JMB (Mr Anthony Tan) is not staying in the condo- so what doeshe know about our sufferings.

I have made many complaints to DBKL on many occasions but the developers friendly DBKL officers didn’t lift a finger to stop Platinum from working until late at night. All the JMB leaders are sleeping thats why one of the AJKs wrote rubbish to help Platinum and DBKL officers.

What are the office bearers of JMB trying to do by supporting Platinum working until 11 pm? They must be stupid and mad! I think some of these office bearers are trying to learn from Yusop Alwi to also be Developer Friendly. We all must know why they are behaving this way.

I support YB Wee suggestion that Stop Work Order must be continued a another two weeks as a punishment to teach Platinum a lesson to strictly abide by the rules. If the Stop Work Order is lifted just like that Platinum and other developers wil just flout all rules set by DBKL.

YB Wee thank you so much for fighting for us. YB please stand firm against Platinum, who has been bullying us all these months.

Those JMB leaders are not taking care of the residents. They seemed to take care of Platinum only. They should wake up and think of the residents for a change.

How could these JMB leaders support Platinum working until 11 pm. You got to be sick, all the presidents of JMBs of Platinum Hill Condo. .

These JMB leaders are there for themselves and not for the residents. They are of bunch of people motivated by self interest that’s why they can agree to having noise until 10 pm.

They thought the residents are stupid. Actually they are so stupid that we can see through their actions.

well, quite a lot fo complaints here…i thought only we as a resident of PV 10 facing the problem…Im quite suprise bcause one of the JMB called “Platinum Hill Condominium Taman Melati Utama” commented on November 13, 2008 at 11:31 pm also a ‘developer friendly’.

for me if its abide the law, its wrong whether resident allow the construction or not…u as one of the AJK are should ashame by yourself…why?simple because u should protect your resident/friends interest rather than allowing the construction work untill 10 p.m…Org melayu ckp ‘pentingkan diri sendiri’..did u think abot family yg ada anak2 kecik…nk tnya u skit u ada anak kecik tak…baby tido kol berapa?lu pikirlh sendiri…

memalukan…klu site tu dekat kawasan ofis sahaja maybe oklah utk buat kerja malam2..tp site ni betul2 bersebelahan kawasan perumahan…recently saya pegi melawat jiran saya di blok B, PV10 berhadapan dgn kawasa tapak yg diperkatakan…bagi saya memang melampau…bunyi piling driving tu memang menjengkelkan…undang2 dah state it clearly so why u sbagai wakil penduduk tak pertahankan undang2…

sebenarnya masalah JMB yang bodo sombong ni mmg berlaku dikebnyakan PV…diaorng rasa diaorg ni besar kepala…suma decision di buat tanpa persetujuan penduduk..sbgai contoh di PV 10, tempat saya tinggal…setiap pintu di lif kami are fire rated, but with the instruction of “Stupid JMB” (claim proffesional) they want a transparent lift door so what they do they create another door that its obviously not a fire rated (glass door) that will easily burn down not more than 1/2 hour…they dont even bother to get approval/feedback from owner…for me it will not happen if they get the feedback first…

But then I think JMB want this job becoz of self interest…

    For me they should do:

1.Put up a meeting between JMB and resident first b4 addressing any issue with management( have been suggesting to the JMB, they say dont want)

2.Get approval by casting a vote via post box to any suggestion that want to be implemented

3.JMB should stay in the Condo nor just own it only…if they dont stay here please quit

4.Put up a notice or bulletin so that the resident know what are u doing…

Since there will be a meeting on 19 November, YB Wee, please ensure everyone who related with this attend the meeting. Hopefully it won’t be any delay for this meeting.

If need to fine the developer, fine them la…
Let the work continue..but just make sure they work from 8am-6pm. I’m sure the developer learnt their lesson now.
Everyone who staying at Melati Utama should know, they did not work till night time anymore even before the 1st stop work order, maximum in only till 8pm.

Once again, just stop the work for 1 or 2 weeks or 1 month, do not bring any benefit!!

Anyone who work in construction site will know the stop work order not really punish the developer, but to those contractor (they still need to pay rental for the machinary, staff salary), indonesian workers (no income while the work stop, really can’t imagine what will happen if this situation continue) and of course, the PV8 buyers, include me ( need to pay more interest to bank and existing house rental)
And Mr Lee, the LAD only can claim by the buyer if they getting their house after 36months from S&P date, that meams not all buyer can claim for that if their work just delay for 1 or 2 months, but still need to pay more interest…if u not really sure, please get a copy to read.

All residents in Melati Utama, especially who stay in PV3 and PV6, u wish to getting more and more mosquito and dust in your house? the scenery which with all the uncompleted building? stoping the work for longer time will not bring any benefit, but will arise more effect in this area.

Mesej yang hendak saya sampaikan ialah – “it’s not important what we say – but how we say it”.

…. sekadar berkongsi … hehehe.

Tak betul begitu YB Wee !!!! … @ ragam politik.

    dear MP WEE

i am a resident of PV6 and owns a unit next to PV8
my concern is why all work has stopped on the site?
of course the noise of construction is annoying but stopping all work is not a solution..

i am concerned about the health hazards like mosquitoes and dust that we have to deal if the construction will prolong further.

also the workers involved in PV8 needs a livelihood to support their families that is being disrupted now with the stopping of the construction.

Not to mention the buyers concerned who took loans to purchase a home and are looking forward to stay on it at expected time. what about their concerns too?

please look into this matter as it is of great concern to us

Jika JMC PV5 cukup prihatin JANGANLAH MEMBERI SOKONGAN KEPADA PEMAJU UNTUK KERJA SAMPAI PUKUL 10 MALAM. (Jika sampai pukul 7.30 malam, ok lah).

    Ada beberapa perkara lain yang mustahak perlu diselesaikan di kawasan kita @ Melati Utama (MU). Antaranya ialah ;

    Faktor keselamatan

    Sekian, terima kasih.
