    Halo Mr Tony Fernandes,

I read in the newspapers today you say you are going to settle your debt with MAHB within 2 weeks. Very good. That’s the way man since you are No.1 CEO also. But you say its between 60 to 110 million. Why only 60 to 110 million?

You got discount ah? Not fair like this.

Do you know you owing this airport tax since 2002 do you know or not?

You must also pay interest you know. Let’s say 10% interest on 110 million ah your interest will be 11 million you know. Some more x6 for the six years you also you to pay out 66 million extra. Plus the 110, your total owing will be 177 million.

Please remember ah you must settle with interest because we as tax payers also have to pay interest when we are late.

Please remember okay? If not, it is not very fair on us tax payers you know.

Thank you Mr Tony Fernandes for good citizen action. It is about time lah. I also do not know why the minister of transport has allowed you so long not to pay. But okay lah now you pay not too late. But remember you MUST PAY THE INTEREST also, okay?

Tony, you are a great CEO of all times!!
No other airlines and companies for that matter can owe Airport Taxes but AirAsia can. Fantastic! How about we normal companies can also owe Service Tax, which we have collected from our buyers.

Hold on! AirAsia can because he can discuss with Tan Sri Noor Yacob, the Minister of Finance, regarding the debts but you cannot. That’s the difference!

So be nice to Bodohwi or SIL then you will be all right. You can owe whatever taxes for as long as Bodohwi is in power.

What type of BN government? Malaysia Boleh!! I am ashamed of this stupid Minister of Finance and the PM, who is asleep most of the time.

  3. Level Playing Field

Now I know what Tony Fernandes meant by “Level Playing Field”! I would love to have more level playing fields if I can owe my income tax and other taxes for 6 years – for that matter three years will be ok for me!

Tan Sri Noor Yacob please help me to have a level playing field so thast I cna owe taxes of whatever kinds for just 3 years.

What type of Government is this? What so special about AriAsia? Was it because certain relatives of powerful people has an interest in the company that’s why the Minister has no balls to act or cannot act!

Students owed scholarship monies, they were taken to court. Small businesses owed taxes they were taken to court. AirAsia owed RM110 million from 2002 or RM60 million as what Tony wanted us to believe, the Minister of Finance had to be involved to resolve the debts!

Then the Minister of Finance should be involved in other disputes involving between private comnpanies and GLC.

I think Tan Sri Noor Yacob should resign for failing to carry out his duties as the Minister of Finance. He should take care of GLC, instead he is taking care of Ariasia.

Sudahlah Tan Sri Noor Yacob. Pleae stop fooling us any more!

IS THIS THE LEVEL PLAYING FIELD THAT TONY FERNANDES WANTED ALL THESE YEARS?

Tony please pay up the RM60 million that you think airasia owed. After paying then talk. Otherwise shut up and let MAHB take the necessary actions to stop airasia from using the airport. What Pelangi Air was treated differently?? Maybe because it was under different administration!

Pay up. How can you owe taxes.

Wow! Great man! We have to learn from Airasia then we can owe taxes. Let start to learn: Businesses can owe Service Tax and pay later. Individual can owe Income Taxes and pay later. But please do not owe so long. Airasia can owe for 6 years and operating and get LCCT costing RM108 million and then subsequently an extension costing the nation another RM123.9 million!

The new concept of BN government is if you pay your taxes on time you will not get help. But if you owe your taxes then you can help and facilities from the BN Government.

No wonder Tony is the best CEO of all times. Malaysians must learn from Tony.

Now Malaysians should know that Tony earned his award CEO of all times with lot of merits. I can only admire Tony.

Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop should also be voted to be Malaysian Minister of all times. Tan Sri you are doing a brilliant job.

Datuk Tony Fernades should be voted again and again to be the CEO of all times and Tan Sr Noor should also be voted as teh Minister of Finance of all times.

Tony is the CEO of AirAsia and he is brilliant because Airasia can owe Airport Taxes since 2002 where no other airlines could. Tan Sri Noor is equally good because he had to descend to negotiate between Airasia and MAB regarding debts since 2002 pertaining to Airport Taxes.

Never knew that we can owe taxes! Malaysia boleh.

Tan Sri Nor, you are very good!

Wow! Land acquisition by the government along Jalan Genting Kelang at RM25 million to widen the road. Another big joke. I cannot see any land been acquired and even if it is it should cannot cost RM25 million. Another big scandal! YB Wee I am sure that you knew about this land scandal in Wangsa Maju. Please tell us more.

It is a good idea that Airasia can owe Airport Taxes. So we can also owe Income Tax. Tan Sri Noor please tell Income Tax Department not to prosecute us because we are only owing the income tax for now and we intend to pay 6 years later – just like Airasia.

Surely, Tony Fernandes will no doubt support us to owe Income Tax. New slogan for Airasia: SO EVERYONE CAN OWE!

Tony please have your Airasia planes repainted with this new slogan on them. With such slogan Airasia will go places.

Tony Fernandes has been wanting a level playing field. I also wants a level playing field if I can owe taxes of whatever kinds.

I didn’t know that level playing field means can owe taxes. If I had known that earlier I would not have paid my taxes for another 6 years and tell the Badawi government that I wants
    a level playing field!

Badawi please for heaven sake give all the rakyat in Malaysia a level playing field by allowing all of us to owe our taxes and assessment rates.

Tony is just a great entrepreneur of the year for 2010. Of course, Tan Sri Nor Yakob will pretend not to know anything and he should be awarded with the tyitle “The Great Pretender!”.

Level playing field bull shit! Pay up the airport taxes then talk about level playing field! The fact that Airasia can owe airport taxes for about 6 years tells it all. Without the power that be, do you all honestly think that airasia can owe MAB airport taxes! Of course not. Like the question has stated that Pelangi Air owe airport taxes and Pelangi Air was not allow to use the airport facilities including taking off and landing.

Why didn’t the MAB/Ministry of Finance apply the same rule to airasia???????????????

WHO IS ACTUALLY BEHIND AIRASIA???? Can someone tells us???

Level playing field? Who is Tony trying to fool? You all are absolutely right. Tony should get airasia to pays up the Airport taxes debts before he talks about level playing field.

I also agree with the other commentors that Tony is a great CEO. We all had to learn from him as to how to owe taxes. I wouold like to start owing taxes for this years.

Tonyt please tell us how to do it beside we have to be closed with the Sleepy Head, Tan Sri Nor Yakop and the SIL.

WHy MAHB stop Pelangi Air from using the airport when Pelangi owed MAHB??

Now Airasia owed MAHB and MAHB has no ball to act accept calling on the phone and writing letters. MAHB you are a public body why are you not acting in the interest of the public and instead you look after the interest of Airasia.

Mahb ceo should be sacked for allowing Airasia to owe Mahb of airport taxes, which airasia have collected the Airport Tax. the owing of RM110 airport tax by airasia, the government should take immediate actions against the ceo of mahb. The government dared not take any actions MAHB because the whole Badawi’s administration knew all along why MAHB cannot take actions against airasia.

Airasia is backed by powerful people! This administration is full of rubbish and we should know what to do in Pematang Pauh and any other by-election. I am sick with badawi, his sil and cronies!!!!

Not bad lah Tony! Your airasia is just first class. It should be the NO.1 airline in the world. For the simple reason that no other airline in the world can owe taxes for 6 bloody long years!

All the other airlines lilke Singapore Airline, MAS, THAI International, Garuda, Emirates and the like should learn from Tony the great!

It will be interesting to hear what Tan Sri Nor Yakop is going to say about this. Of course, he will say it is OK and airasia has now agreed to pay a certain sum.

Tan Sri Nor Yakop and Badawi should tell us how could airasia is allowed to owe airport tax for 6 years! This is a serious matter. YB Wee must go all out to expose this scam. Just keep on hammering until that Tan Sri Nor Yakop realises that Malaysians are not as stupid as what the BN thinks.

After teh expose by YB Wee on the Airport Tax debt of Airasia, we no longer hear TOny Fernandes screaming about “Level P[laying Filed”. Eversoince Bodohwi became PM in 2003, Airasia got more than a level playing field. In fact MAS has been “anak tirikan” all the way until YB Wee exposed all hte nonesense in Parliament.

With the owing of Airport Tax, Tony should instruct his spin doctor to start a new joke and discard the level playing field. Just a suggestion: “Every one can owe Taxes!” and Tony will get all the support he needs.

Surprisingly, after the revelation of Airasia owing Airport Taxes since 2002, Tony Fernadnes has been extremely quiet. So is Tan Sri Nor Yakop, is also quiet.

But the airasia shares seem to be going up a bit. Is EPF being instructed to buy and support this debt ridden Airline? EPF must bear in mind that EPF is dealing with workers’ mionies and it must be certain that the investment is safe otherwise the officers must be held responsible for their actions.

Previously the EPF investment policies were good as one of it was that EPF must invest in companies with good profit track record of at least 8 years if I am not mistaken. Now such policy has been thrown out of the window in order to help the selected cronies.

EPF officers please behave yourself, we are working you! We will make sure that youa re responsible for your actions in making stupid investment to help cronies of the power that be.

May I know where is Tony Fernades? He has been shouting and bragging so much and yet he is keeping mum about owing Airport Tax and the EPF investing into Airasia.

YB Wee, you must not let go these matters because it is a matter of public interest. If Airasia can owe airport tax then similarly we can also owe Income Tax.

What say you, Tan Sri Nor Yakcop? or you would rather pretend that you do not know about this and also Tony Fernandes?

This is an important issue where a private company can owe Airport tax since 2002 then why we cannot owe our income tax for even a few days without having to pay a penalty?

Why is Airasia immuned to penalty? We must get the answer from Tan Sri Nor Yakcop, whom I know is a good friend o fTony Fernandes and Kalimullah!

I am very surprised that Tony is in total silence on non payment of Airport Tax! I don’t hear of level playing field anymore. The reason being is that Tony knew very well that airasia has been getting more than level playing field when Chan Kong Choy was the Minister of Transport.

Tony knew he could not bull shit anymore. Anyway I would like to learn from Tony the art of owing taxes. Please give Malaysians a crash course and I am sure that all Malaysians will love Tony. After taking the course, Tony must introduce us to Tan Sri Noir Yakop to help us owe more taxes!
