On Sunday 8 June in the morning I visited the Taman Melati market and touched base with the rakyat. The constituents seemed upbeat despite the recent 41% increase in petrol price. The effect will be felt sooner or later as the petrol price increase will have a knock-on effect on the cost of daily essentials and utilities.

Supporters and I also later visited the home of the late Allayarham Nadxaman who passed on recently at the age of 41 years old. Allayarham was one of the PKR leaders in Taman Melati. He left behind wife and 10 children, with the youngest being 3 years old. A contribution was made to Allayarham’s family.
My deepest condolence to the family. Al-Fatihah.
Melawati Taman Melati
Ucapan takziah. Al-Fatihah.
視察 TAMAN MELATI
AL-FATIHAH.

Dear YB,found anything not up to mark in Taman Melati? I mentioned before about the lack of parking space for Melati LRT station and there is some empty land occupied by a car wash….is that land usable or privately owned? The street lights along Jalan Melati is blocked by some of the trees, perhaps DBKL can look into it.Sometimes, there are mat rempits around. On the night when Man Utd beat Chelsea to win the ECL (yes!!!!!!!!) a young TARC students couple was assaulted in front of the bomba station by some mat rempit. I was too far to assist but luckily some cars passed by and the mat rempit ran off. Perhaps the police offircer in Taman Melati station should conduct some patolling on motor cycle to offer some deterrent.I think the hygiene facility at the market you visited is lacking. DBKL should provide more waste management facilities to the traders there.RegardsLee Wee Tak
“melawat taman melati” or “melawati taman melati”Dear YB,From Tmn Bunga Raya, there’s Jln Tumbuhan, a 2 lanes road. At Tmn Melati, also there’s a 2 lanes road. but the connection of these 2 roads is a kampung road, which didn’t make sense as the traffic flow there are very heavy with people going to TBR, Tmn Melati, Danau Kota, Ibu kota and it created a very bad bottleneck coz of the kampung road. Those houses are setinggan, the people refused to budge. Can YB please do something about it?And another thing, why does the more education ppl get, the stupid they are? The TARC students are not bright enough; they park their cars, motorcycles indiscriminately! I know the TARC is currently building a carpark lot but please tell those students to not be so stupid.TQ.
Sdr. WeeThank you for visiting Tmn. Melati. One thing I request of you for the people of Tmn. Melati and its surrounding area is the stationing of an ambulance at the BOMBA and PENYLAMAT Station at Tmn. Melati. Many a times we have faced delays in the arrival of ambulances in an emergency.Thank You.
The chinese translation is done by Angel_X, not cc liew…..anyway, I went to the MCA ELECTION of Danau Kota branch, that’s right, right above the Center of Yew Teong Luk.There were two factions campaigning for the chairperson of the Wangsa Maju branch. One faction is pro-Yew, the other is not.The pro-Yew faction must not lose the election of the branches committee, otherwise the new committee will have the right to move the entire branch, making Yew losing his backing. Now, since Yew lost his MP seat, there were major earthquakes in all the branches around the MCA, Yew and His secretary had went to Machap branch to put out the “fire”, and what about his branches’ fire, he ask another one of his secretaries to settle it.How they settle it? RM 100 to those whoever voted the guy inside the pro-Yew faction.Unfortunately, one of them is my girlfriend, and she responded by doing whatever they told her to do.It’s wrong, it’s illegal. But the person have the audacity to say it’s campaigning. Now, isn’t RM100 a bit too much for transportation reimbursement? The outcome is evident: All Pro-Yew faction member won the election. They bought the votes from the MCA members.
