Updates @ 4:30 pm on 18-5-2012: Please read “Rafidah gone off her rockers”. If YB Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz has gone off her rockers then AJ has gone senile to have signed the secret “Supplementary Collaborative Agreement” and two MOUs with AirAsia/AAX almost immediately after the secret share swap was unwound. Until this day AJ could not reveal what were the exact nature of the collaborations. So far, what we have witnessed was a collaboration based on “MAS gives ALL, AirAsia/AirAsia X take ALL”, in HERE.
The secret MAS-AirAsia share swap has been unwound by YAB PM, YAB Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, on 2-5-2012.
It must follow suit that all the appointments that were made after the said secret share swap must also be terminated because those appointments were made under the ill thought out advice and an undue influence of those irresponsible personalities in Khazanah especially, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok)’s most trusted crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, in HERE.

Perhaps AJ does not understand the history and meaning of MH. It is Malaysia Hospitality and not “Musnah Harapan”.
Updates @ 7:30 pm on 7-5-2012: En Aziz Bakar, the Chairman of AirAsia, has been quoted to have said today in Bernama that “Both airlines are looking at the right module and proposals on collaboration after the swap deal was dropped. We are creating a win-win situation. To us at AirAsia, whatever we do must be a win-win scenario, whether its a share swap or collaboration. If not why would we want to sign in the first place.”, in HERE.

"Now Everyone Can Not Smile"
Updates @ 9:00 pm 1-5-2012: TV3 Buletin Utama has made an informed speculation that the MAS-AirAsia share “Suap” will be reversed tomorrow. If it does happen tomorrow then those appointed after the said secret share suap must also be reversed or terminated. The appointment of ex-ArirAsia officers like En Rozman Omar, now CFO of MAS and En Azhari Dahlan, now CEO of MAS Engineering and Mr Shane Nollan of PlaneConsult, as Acting Commercial Director of MAS should be terminated forthwith. They are unfit to hold those key posts in MAS due to their apparent conflict of interest. PlaneConsult itself should be terminated forthwith if it has been renewed at the tail end of its contract by the present the TRIO or Board of Directors. PlaneConsult is a consultant for low cost airline and also the consultant for AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd.
The above actions are very necessary to ensure that the CCF is genuine and will be implemented transparently, and more importantly to ensure no conflict of interest in all decisions, which are so rampant in MAS now. Of course, Rahsdan and gang, and those members of the Board of Directors must also be removed immediately. It is hoped that after the announcement tomorrow, the members of Board of Directors will take the honorable step to RESIGN forthwith. If those personalities remain in MAS after the secret share swap has been reversed by YAB Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, another campaign will have to be launched to get rid of them. It is hoped that those unwelcome “GUESTS” in MAS will not overstay. Rashdan, are you still around in MAS?
Ten months have elapsed after the MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF, there is nothing positive came out of it except glaring conflict of interest. Genuine collaboration does not need a share swap deal to be successful. (more…)

The latest circular from MAS’s IT Department dated 20-4-2012 was to ban and/or restrict MAS staffs’ access to the internet. This must be the TRIO‘s new found “BUSINESS PLAN” under the notorious MAS-AirAsia share “SUAP” and CCF.

Yesterday (13-4-2012) MESA Union of MAS has sent an e-mail to Tan Sri Md Nor Yusof (Md Nor), the MAS Chairman and also one of the brains behind the project known as “Widespread Assets un-Bundling” ( “WAU”) in 2002 / 2003 when he was the MD of MAS. It was under WAU that on 25-9-2003 Md Nor caused MAS Catering Sdn Bhd to be sold to the former PM, YB Tun Abdullah Hj Ahmad Badawi, brother’s (Datuk HJ Ibrahi Hj Ahmad Badawi) company and on the same day Md Nor secretly signed a ONE SIDED catering and other services agreement with MAS Catering Sdn Bhd for 25 years costing MAS RM6.25 BILLION! Updates @ 7:00 pm 9-4-2012: Parliament will only end at 10:30 pm tonight. YB Datuk Bung Moktar, MP for Kinabatangan told yours truly at 4:05 pm that he said “The Briefing of MP by MAS on 26-3-2012, he said that if the turning around Business Plan is genuine then he will salute AJ and the others and that he strongly opposed the CCF and the way it was implemented by the TRIO. He also asked for another briefing for AJ to bring along Tan Sri Tony Fernandes to brief the MPs. He hopes that AJ will organise a anther briefing as soon as possible” YB Datuk Bung Moktar has asked yours truly to inform MAS staffs and put on record accordingly. Thus this updates.
A new posting will be posted later tonight regarding what had happened in Parliament where several MPs have spoken up against the CCF, the procurement contract between MAS and LSG Sky Chef Brahim Sdn Bhd, ex and present DCA Inspectors doing part time piloting work for AA without APTL License or with Honorary APTL License, En Azhari position without Nominated Post Holder and etc. Yours truly held a press conference regarding the conflict of interest on the part of PlaneConsult, Mr Shane Nollan and Connor McCarthy.
