En Mohammad Rashdan Yusof (Rashdan) aka Danny, the appointed Deputy Group CEO of MAS has finally left MAS for good on 30 June 2012. It is believed that Rashdan will have no problem in going back to Khazanah as his former business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar, is there to accommodate him. Today En Rozman Omar, who was the appointed CFO of MAS after the share “suap”, has tendered his resignation and leaving MAS on 31 July 2012. (more…)

Is Rashdan (right) out of MAS for good?
Updates @ 12:30 pm on 31-5-2012: Rumour has it that Mr Shane Nollan of PlaneConsult, who had played a very significant role in the uplifting of the 35,000 passengers from AAX Sdn Bhd with very low fares and the Re-Accommodation Agreement, has ended his “honeymoon” as Acting Commercial Director of MAS yesterday. Was his tenure ended abruptly? Is PlaneConsult still doing the “CONSULTING” work for AJ?
It seems that Rashdan, the Amok’s most trusted crony, is still running “AMOK” in MAS. He was seen accompanying AJ in the inaugural A380 flight from Paris to KL yesterday.
Can someone in MAS help to confirm the above? Thank you
YB Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanazlah, Minister of Finance II said that MAS has been instructed to submit its projection plans to the Government to monitor its performance and ensure it remain competitive. If YB Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz has gone off her rockers then AJ has gone senile to have signed the secret “Supplementary Collaborative Agreement” and two MOUs with AirAsia/AAX almost immediately after the secret share swap was unwound. Until this day AJ could not reveal what were the exact nature of the collaborations. So far, what we have witnessed was a collaboration based on “MAS gives ALL, AirAsia/AirAsia X take ALL”, in HERE.
The secret MAS-AirAsia share swap has been unwound by YAB PM, YAB Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak, on 2-5-2012.
It must follow suit that all the appointments that were made after the said secret share swap must also be terminated because those appointments were made under the ill thought out advice and an undue influence of those irresponsible personalities in Khazanah especially, En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny (Rashdan), the Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok)’s most trusted crony and ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, in HERE.

Updates @ 3:55 pm on 9-5-2012: Yours truly has just been reminded by a reader Mr KL Ang that Mr Martin Barrow is another Mat Salleh that was brought back to MAS after the infamous Share “SUAP” and that he is just as incompetence as Mr Shane Nollan. Mr Martin Barrow was brought back by AJ on 19-1-2012 to be Advisor to Group CEO and he also sit on the Board Safety & Security Committee and advise MAS on “Global developments on wide range of commercial issues”, in HERE.
With such Mat Salleh Advisor and yet AJ and the top management of MAS are still in desperate need for the other consultant firms like PlaneConsult and others to think for them. No wonder MAS is BLEEDING due to the “TOP HEAVY MANAGEMENT”. Please read “Time to bring real aviation experts onto MAS board”.
On 18-4-2012 MAS Board of Directors saw it fit to extend the appointment of PlaneConsult, which is also the consultant for AirAsia and AirAsia X Sdn Bhd (AAX), for another three months from 30-4-2012. Similarly, Mr Shane Nollan, of PlaneConsult, as the Acting Commercial Director of MAS was also extended. Updates @ 8:20 pm 19-4-2012: Parliament is still in session now. MPs will be debating to amend Capital Markets and Service Act 2007 / Akta Pasaran Modal dan Perkhidmatan 2007 involving MOF. Yours truly will bring to the attention of the August House the ill effects of the MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF upon MAS, and how the interest of MAS and MAS staffs have been damaged by a few cronies. The contents of the speech will be posted later. Of course, the RM18 million QPR sponsorship, killing of Firefly, infiltrations of AirAsia officers into top management of MAS, witch hunting, verbal decisions given to staffs, the lowest fares charged by MAS to AirAsia X Sdn Bhd and etc will be brought up for the attention of the Government.
Updates @ 7:50 pm on 18-4-2012: Today yours truly has received a reply from MOF regarding the question on the amount of consultancy fees for “WAU” that MAS paid to BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, when it was owned by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar and his most trusted crony Rashdan who has been embroiled with abused of power as the DGCEO of MAS by upgrading his maid to First Class Cabin. The reply states ” … bayaran yuran konsultan fi termasuk bayaran keppada BinaFikir tidak dapat maklumkan kepada pihak ketiga kerana MAS perlu mematuhi aku janji KERAHSIAAN di dalam perjanjian yang ditandatangani oleh MAS dan konsultan …”. To be fair to the Deputy Minister YB Senator Datuk Donald Lim, he was also very unhappy with the answers provided by the Little Napoleons in Khazanah. The answer is a joke! Yours truly will demand for answers from the Ministry tomorrow during the Debate on the Amendment Bill for Capital Markets and Services Act 2007.
Mr Shane Nollan of PlaneConsult, as the Acting Commercial Director of MAS and En Rozman Omar (Rozman), ex-AirAsia’s Head of Regional Finance, CFO of MAS must take full responsibility and account for the Special Rates and agreed payments for the uplifting of the 35,464 AirAsia X Sdn Bhd (AAX) passengers.

After the MAS-AirAsia share swap and CCF have been inked by Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar (Amok), the MD for Khazanah,, MAS was managed by an Exco comprising of En Mohammed Rashdan Yusof aka Danny, the Amok’s crony and Ex-business partner in BinaFikir Sdn Bhd, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes and Datuk Kamarudin Meranun both from AirAsia Sdn Bhd representing Tune Air Sdn Bhd. That was the arrangement agreed to by Amok. Several days after the inking of the said secret share swap and CCF, Rashdan flew to London to commit MAS to sponsor QPR for 18 million Pounds, in HERE.
