Recently, a reader of this blog cared enough to highlight to me what most of us would normally have let slide.
Apparently just before the end of 2008, the reader noticed that the Ministry of Health had suddenly embarked on a blitz of mass-media public awareness advertising campaigns like there was no tomorrow. (more…)
