Datuk Yew Teong Look aka “Chair Thrower” has listed his service center as a NGO

Posted on March 15, 2013
List of EXCO of coalition of 120 NGOs
List of EXCO of coalition of 120 NGOs. Mr K C Lim is the advisor of the EXCO and a director of Ekovest Bhd which is also connected to Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo. Mr Lim Choon Hong, the chairman of the Chair Thrower’s service center, which was declared as a NGO, is the Treasurer of the EXCO. Mr Lim Kok Chu, the manager of Danau Kota Management Services Sdn Bhd which owed TNB & SYABAS a total of RM674, 009.35, is the Head of Sport & Culture Bureau of the EXCO.

As promised, above is the list of the EXCO of the so-called “Coalition of 120 NGOs” which was hastily set up by YB Datuk Liow Tiong Lai‘s self-professed “winnable candidate”, Datuk Yew Teong Look aka the “Chair Thrower”. A name he duly earned from throwing chair during one of the AGMs of MCA when YB Datuk Ong Ka Ting was the MCA President. Please read “YB Datuk Liow Tiong Lai assisted in deceiving the rakyat”.

The so-called coalition of 120 NGOs was set up in December 2012. In order to lend credibility and most of all to get official endorsement of the said coalition of NGOs, the “Chair Thrower” went to the extend of inviting YB Datuk Senator Dato’ Raja Nong Chik bin Dato’ Raja Zainal Abidin, the Minister of Wilayah Persekutuan and Kesejeteraan Bandar, to officially launch it on 13-12-2013.

Mr Lim Choon Hong is the "Chair Thrower"'s personal assistant. Pusat Perkhidmatan
Mr Lim Choon Hong is the “Chair Thrower”‘s personal assistant. Pusat Perkhidmatan Masarakat Wangsa Maju. This is in page 2 of the “Senarai nama-nama pengurusi badan bukan kerajaan Wangsa Maju 2012” in HERE.

The Chair Thrower was so desperate to the extend of listing his own service center as a NGO known as “Pusat Khidmat Masarakat Wangsa Maju” in the List of NGOs in the “Coalition of 120 NGOs”. His own personal assistant, Mr Lim Choon Hong, was crowned by the Chair Thrower as the chairman of this non-existence NGOs. From this, we can conclude that this Chair Thrower will do anything to deceive and/or lie the rakyat to achieve his political objectives.

Even a Minister is not spared! In fact, he packed many of his cronies who are MCA chairmen into the EXCO of this so-called “Coalition of 120 NGOs”. Even Mr David Lim Kok Chu, the manager of Danau Kota Management Services Sdn Bhd was brought into the EXCO.

We all have to accept that this Chair Thrower has perfected the art of manipulation and deception.

The said Minister may have discovered a few hours before attending the said function that 73 of the so-called NGOs were actually unregistered societies, which were equivalent to the status of “kongsi gelap”. Hence, the said Minister did not launch the the so-called “Coalition of 120 NGOs” during the night of 13-12-2012.  He attended the function and spoke about many matters concerning Wilayah accept the setting up of the so-called “Coalition of 120 NGOs” by the” Chair Thrower”. Yours truly has been informed that the said MCA’s chair thrower was extremely upset with the Minister because he did not perform what was planned and worst of all he had no opportunity to address the dinner function, which was organised by him to promote himself as a “winnable candidate” as opposed to Datuk Shafee Abdullah, the Ketua Bahagian BN Wangsa Maju.

Mr David Lim Kok Chu’s close relationship with the Chair Thrower

Mr  David Lim Kok Chu is the manager of Danau Kota Management Services Sdn Bhd (Danau Kota Management) since 2006 or earlier. Danau Kota Management has collected about RM5, 167, 800.00 as maintenance charges and RM551, 232.00 sinking fund. It was recently exposed that Danau Kota Management (headed by Mr David Lim Kok Chu) which owed TNB RM483, 389.50 and Syabas RM190, 619.85 as in December 2012 and January 2013 respectively. For details please read in HERE, HERE & HERE.

The MCA’s chair thrower knew or ought to have known about the debts incurred by Danau Kota Management and the poor services provided to the Danau Kota owners, he saw it fit to shut his eyes for reasons best known to him and his crony Mr David Lim Kok Chu.

Yours truly has written to TNB and Syabas to lodge a formal complaint that TNB and Syabas have allowed Danau Kota Management to owe such a huge sum without taking actions to terminate the supplies when they have been known to be strict with small outstanding charges of a few hundred Ringgit.

Yours truly has also ask TNB and Syabas what actions have they taken to ensure that the said debts will be fully settled by Danau Kota Management and also ensure that the 1,914 owners of Danau Kota Flats will not be held responsible in the even that Danau Kota Management is found to be in the state of “UNABLE TO PAY ITS DEBTS” at a later date.

The “intimate” relationship between Mr David Lim Kok Chu and the “Chair Thrower” could be seen in the structures of the so-called “Coalition of 120 NGOs”.

The list of the EXCO

The list of the EXCO as shown above shows a clearer picture.

Mr David Lim Kok Chu, the key man behind Danau Kota Management Services Sdn Bhd
Mr David Lim Kok Chu, the key man behind Danau Kota Management Services Sdn Bhd

Mr David Lim Kok Chu is the “Ketua Biro Sukan & Kebudayaan” and the chairman of Danau Kota Flats parcel 2 JMB, which was listed as no. 49 of the list of chairmen and NGOs. He is the manager of the Danau Kota Management and at the same time he is also the chairman of a JMB of Danau Kota Flats. Of course, Mr David Lim Kok Chu cannot be expected to question the wrong doings of Danau Kota Management for owing huge debts to TNB and SYABAS, and poor service. It was a clear case of conflict of interests.

Yours truly has also been informed that Mr David Lim Kok Chu is involved in the management other PV condominiums. It is hoped that other PV condominiums are not facing similar problems like Danau Kota Flats.

En Kazza Hood Daniel Yusuff, who does not own a unit of flat in Danau Kota Flat and yet was "elected" chairman of the Perasatuna Penduduk-Penduduk Danau Kota Flats. OF course, Mr David Lim Kok Chu and his political master did not object to his status.
En Kazza Hood Daniel Yusuff, who does not own a unit of flat in Danau Kota Flat and yet was “elected” chairman of the Perasatuan Penduduk-Penduduk Danau Kota Flats. OF course, Mr David Lim Kok Chu and his political master did not object to his status.

En Kazza Hood Daniel Yusoff is the vice-chairman. Although he does not own a unit in Danau Kota Flats, he got himself “elected” as the chairman of Persatuan Penduduk-Penduduk Danau Kota. When a group of owners and yours truly went to the office of Danau Kota Management to ask about the audited accounts for Danau Kota Flats, balance of sinking fund and the debts of RM674, 009.35, En Kazza Hood Daniel Yusoff suddenly appeared in the office of the Danau Kota Management and defended it. Please read HERE.

Wasn’t it strange that a chairman of the Persatuan Penduduk-Penduduk could come to the defend of Dannau Kota Management which has never provided a single audited accounts or shown accounts on the collections of the maintenance charges, sinking fund, expenses and the huge debts owed to TNB and SYABAS to the owners and/or JMBs?

Mr Ng Chui Chong, the deputy chairman of the EXCO and chairman of an unregistered society known as “Management of Hong Sun See Temple Gombak. It is in no. 114 on the list of NGOs and 11 on the list from Registrar of Societies (ROS).

Mr Lim Cheng Hock, the vice-chairman of the EXCO and chairman of another unregistered society known as “Gabungan Perbadanan Pengurusan Sek 2 WM”. It is in no. 47 on the list of NGOs and 46 on the list of ROS. He is also the chairman of MCA Taman Bunga Raya Branch.

Mr Ng How Do, assistant secretary of the EXCO and chairman of another unregistered society known as “JMB-PV 128 Jalan Genting Kelang”. It is in no. 52 on the list of NGOs and 51 on the list of ROS. He is also the chairman of MCA Wangsa Melawati Branch.

Mr Goh Eng Keong, Treasurer of the EXCO and chairman of MCA Taman Forlong Branch.

Mr Wong Chye, information chief of the EXCO and chairman of another unregistered society known as “Kawasan Rukun Tetangga Desa Setapak”. It is in no. 16 on the list of NGOs and 16 on the list of ROS. He is also the chairman of MCA Desa Setapak Branch.

Mr Lim Choon Hong, Ketua Perhubungan of the EXCO and chairman of another unregistered society known “Pusat Khidmat Masarakat Wangsa Maju”. This is the service center of the Chair Thrower and  Mr Lim Choon Hong is his personal assistant. Even a service center has been classified as a NGO!  He is the chairman of MCA Taman Bunga Raya Branch.

It was an EXCO dominated by the cronies of the “Chair Thrower”. The address of this so-called “Coalition of 120 NGOs” is the same as the service center of the “Chair Thrower”.

Corporate figure Mr K C Lim

Even a well known corporate player has been dragged into the narrow agenda of the “Chair Thrower”.  Yours truly has been informed that Mr K C Lim, who has been appointed by the “Chair Thrower” as one of the two advisers of the so-called “Coalition of 120NGOs”. Mr K C Lim is a household name in the corporate circle. He is one of the top executive of Ekovest Bhd. He is also very active in part of the Iskandar Malaysia Project in Johor. Please read an interesting article HERE.

Desperado at work

The “Chair Thrower” must be a desperado.  If he could lie and/or deceive the rakyat and the Minister of FT to such an extend, what else he wouldn’t do to achieve his narrow political objectives. It was all about the numbers game to him.  Nation building will be non existence in his mind. Of course, the “Chair Thrower” is a “winnable candidate” to his cronies, YB Datuk Liow Tiong Lai and K C Lim of Ekovest Bhd.

Wow! Nver knew that Ekovest Bhd is also interested in the NGOs. I thought that it is only interested in the Iskandar Project in Johor. What a good samaritan! K C Lim shouldn’t waste his time to meddle with NGOs or agenda of the self acclaimed winnable candidate. He is only good at calling for press conference for publicity. If he lied by putting his service center into the list of NGOs then nothing will stop him from lying on other things. A bloody liar. Typical MCA.

K C Lim is of course keen in supporting NGOs but what type of NGOs. The bogus NGOS set up by his friend, Yew Teong Look who was trying to fool the people and the BN leaders. Liow Tiong Lai, the idiot, has been fooled by Yew Teong Look and K C Lim, the advisor. Liow Tiong Lai and K C Lim also supported a service centre of a failed politician to be classified as NGO.

To know K C Lim better please read: “Ghost of Johor Iskandar’s Waterfront scam” http://anotherbrickinwall.blogspot.com/2013/03/ghost-of-johors-iskandar-waterfront-scam.html

YB should read read this article and probe further into the involvement of K C Lim and Tan Sri Lim Kang Hoo in the Waterfront Project in Iskandar. It is more to it than meet the eyes.

Showing sign of a conman. He was trying to cheat the voters into believing that he got the support of NGOs when he has got only from cronies like Lim Kok Chu who has an interest to support him. The people here know him too well.

The service center of politician is also a NGO. It made me laugh. The objective is clear. just to inflate the figure to 120. This is typical of YTL.What have the people named in the EXCo do except organizing dinners. Look at the problems faced by us where the service is almost non-existence, electricity and water supplies are not paid for years but he never took it up because David Lim is his boy. YB must help us to ensure that the owners should not be made to pay the TNB and Syabas debts
YTL has been doing thing like this all along. No one expose him. In actual fact he didn’t perform when he was he MP. He was only friendly to developers.
