On 10 December 2009 Datin Paduka O C Pang (former general manager of Port Klang Authority (PKA)),  Mr Stephen Abok (chief operating officer of Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd) and architect Mr Bernard Tan Seng Swee (BTA Architect) were charged in Klang Session Court for 30 counts of criminal breach of trust totaling RM380 million.  (more…)

Usul tersebut berbunyi:

Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri akan mencadangkan:

“BAHAWA mengikut Peraturan Mesyuarat 80A, Peraturan-peraturan Malis Mesyuaarat Dewan Rakyat, Majlis mengambil ketetapan seperti berikut:

(a)   Menubuhkan Jawantankuasa untuk menyiasat aduan dari Yang Berhormat Wangsa Maju yang telah mengadu berlaku perbuatan menghina Majlis pada hari Isnin 7 Disember 2009 2009 dan mengambil tindakan bersesuaian mengikut Akta Majlis Parlimen (Keistimewaan dan Kuasa ) tahun 1952,

Datuk Shafie Abdullah lied through his teeth in The Star today!

The super political secretary, Datuk Shafie Abdullah

It was reported in The Star today that Datuk Shafie Abdullah has denied confronting me on the issues that I have brought up in Parliament concerning his interferences in the decision makings and administration of DBKL and other ministries. He also said that it was a chance meeting with me to give his story.  It took him 4 days after the incident to come up with such glaring white lies.  On 09 December, 2009 (Wednesday) he came to Parliament to meet the Minister of Parliament, YB Datuk Nazri, and the Speaker of the House.  I was told by the reporters that when Datuk Shafie was going to the Speaker’s office the reporters were chasing him for comments and he told them to wait until he has seen the Speaker. Many reporters waited and he  escaped through another door in the Speaker’s office.  If I am not mistaken, Datuk Shafie is the political secretary of the PM in charge of Sarawak affairs. (more…)

The super political secretary of PM.

I have been informed by the Minister of Parliament, YB Datuk Nazri, that after the debate on the Committee Stage of the 2010 Budget on 14th December 2009, he will table a Motion in Parliament to set up a special committee under Standing Order 80 (A) of Parliament to investigate into my allegations against Datuk Shafie Abdullah for interfering into the proceedings in Parliament.  Therefore, this Motion will be tabled in Parliament on 15th December, 2009 (coming Tuesday) after Questions Time at 11:30 am.

Selepas saya membahas dalam Bajet 2010 peringkat Jawatankuasa mengenai dengan Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan di Parlimen pada 7hb Dissember 2009 (Teks ucapan telah dikeluarkan dalam blog saya),  sedang saya bercakap dengan seorang pegawai kerajaan di lobi Parlimen, tiba-tiba datang Datuk Shafie Abdullah, setiausaha politik kepada Perdana Menteri selaku Menteri Kewangan, mencelah dengan muka marah serta berkelakuan biadap dan  marah kepada saya (more…)
